Carlos and staff were excellent. We had a slight delay with the car we were renting, but Carlos did everything he could to make it right. We appreciated their top notch customer service.

It was ok, but really difficult to find. It is behind the tower. You need to go down to -1 using the stairs that are the left side of H&M.

We were helped by Carlos and he made the pick up process a piece of cake. He gave us a car within a few minutes of us arriving. Everything was very straightforward and simple. Really appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of Carlos!

Contrary to the poor reviews I saw for Alamo Seville, my family had a good experience. Carlos provided great service and we collected our car almost immediately. The return at Malaga was also efficient (we were served by Daniel), with a shuttle service to the departure terminal as well. We did take a while to find the Alamo office as the commercial centre was huge, so perhaps more instructions on the location would be helpful.

Pick-up takes forever, even if all details have been provided online during the booking process, as there's only one person serving three brands (Alamo, Enterprise, National). Once transaction has been completed at the counter, the agent needs to walk the customer to the parking lot and another 5-10 minutes are gone before he returns to the desk to serve the next customer.

We made a reservation and still wait for 1.5hrs. Worst service ever in the entire rental world. The girl on the counter doesn't know anything either! They gave us so much stress for no reason!
