AUTONERVION S.A., Concesionario Oficial Renault-Dacia en Bizkaia, se fundo en Barakaldo en el ano 1968 como punto de Red Renault. En el ano 1975 se traslado al actual enclave en Sestao, en una zona que ha pasado a ser la mayor area comercial y de servicios de Bizkaia contando actualmente con la instalacion mas grande de Bizkaia. En el ano 1992 se amplia las instalaciones hasta llegar a los 20.000m2 actuales, de los cuales 10.000m2 son cubiertos. Tres anos despues, AUTONERVION adquiere un compromiso con la calidad implantando en 1996 el primer proyecto empresa del estado, en el que se definieron los procedimientos que actualmente se recogen en la Normativa ISO de Calidad, pilar fundamental de cualquier empresa competitiva. I would like to define my experience in purchasing my used vehicle (Nervion car) with two words PROFESSIONALISM AND PATIENCE on the part of the people who assisted me (Eder and Andoni). From the first moment and in the face of the many doubts that buying a car generated in me, they had infinite patience, respect and exquisite treatment until after 10 days I decided to buy my vehicle. They slowly gave me the pros and cons (gasoline/diesel) of choosing, making me see the importance that the vehicle was going to have on a daily basis. They made me road test the car on several occasions (once even when they were about to close) and they gave me verbally and in writing all the information related to the characteristics of the vehicle and the financing possibilities, advising me on which one could be adapted better for my situation. For all these reasons, if in the future I had to buy a used vehicle or someone close to me, I would have no doubt that it would once again be Eder and Andoni who would advise me.
