Muy mala, cuidado con el combustible que lleva cada vehiculo, la persona (senora Penelope) te dice el combustible que la da la gana y luego te cobran en la tarjeta lo que quieren sin autorizacion, pagar en efectivo mejor asi no tiene tus datos, que por la tarjeta te cobran lo que quieren

Para empezar, no esta en la ubicacion indicada en la web y lo saben. Despues, el coche contratado y pagado no estaba ("un pequeno problemilla", dicen) y no fueron capaces de avisarnos (el movil que tenian no era el mio pero el correo si era correcto). Nos hacen esperar (escucho "hay gente en Hertz" y el joven encargado dice "bah" y se pone a atender otro asunto) a sabiendas del "problemilla", para que no hubiera posibilidad de modificar la reserva. Intentan colocarnos otra opcion mas cara, claro. Fiabilidad 0, atencion del encargado muy deficiente y sospechosa.
To begin with, it is not in the location indicated on the website and they know it. Later, the car hired and paid for was not there ("a small problem," they say) and they were not able to notify us (the cell phone they had was not mine but the email was correct). They make us wait (I hear "there are people at Hertz" and the young manager says "bah" and starts attending to another matter) knowing about the "little problem", so that there would be no possibility of modifying the reservation. They try to give us another more expensive option, of course. Reliability 0, very poor and suspicious manager attention.
No tengo peros al servicio. Sin embargo..... Hicieron revision habitual y una actualizacion de Software y me dejo tirado. Pero como buen ordenador APAGAR Y VOLVER A ENCENDER
I have no ifs or buts about the service. However..... They did a regular review and a Software update and it left me stranded. But like a good computer, turn OFF AND ON again.

Fui con una reserva confirmada y cuando estan cumplimentando la reserva me dicen que NO me dan el coche, NO me lo creia ya que es como si vas a un Hotel con la reserva y cuando vas a entrar en la habitacion te dicen que no hay habitacion. Me parecio el servicio de Peugeot Hertz una estafa, un engano ,de muy mal gusto nada profesional y si podeis reservar en otro sitio mejor porque son informales ,soberbios y te dejan tirado en la calle. No volvere a alquilar a Hertz Segovia pero os lo aviso que SI PODEIS ,BUSCAROS OTRAS OFICINAS DE ALQUILER DE COCHES YA QUE EL COMPORTAMIENTO HA SIDO DE MALA FE Y DEJAR A DOS PERSONAS TIRADAS EN LA CALLE NO SE HACE A NADIE.NUNCA MAS ESTA GENTE. ESTA GENTE NO DEBE ESTAR DETRAS DE UNA VENTANILLA ATENDIENDO AL PUBLICO.OS LO REPITO, OS PODEIS LLEVAR UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA MEJOR OLVIDAROS DE ESTA GENTE Y BUSCAROS EL ALQUILER EN OTRAS EMPRESAS MAS SERIAS
I went with a confirmed reservation and when they are completing the reservation they tell me that they will NOT give me the car, I did NOT believe it since it is as if you go to a hotel with the reservation and when you go to enter the room they tell you that there is no room . I found the Peugeot Hertz service to be a scam, a deception, in very bad taste, not professional and if you can book somewhere else better because they are informal, arrogant and leave you stranded on the street. I will not rent from Hertz Segovia again but I warn you that IF YOU CAN, FIND OTHER CAR RENTAL OFFICES SINCE THE BEHAVIOR HAS BEEN IN BAD FAITH AND LEAVING TWO PEOPLE LYING ON THE STREET IS NOT DONE TO ANYONE. THESE PEOPLE NEVER AGAIN . THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE BEHIND A WINDOW SERVING THE PUBLIC. I REPEAT, YOU COULD HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE BETTER FORGET ABOUT THESE PEOPLE AND LOOK FOR RENT IN OTHER MORE SERIOUS COMPANIES
Me atendio un chico joven muy simpatico y competente , fue un vehiculo de sustitucion de el seguro de mi coche me hicieron cosas mal y este chico me lo soluciono todo con gusto , el vehiculo que me dejaron estaba en muy buen estado y era de gama alta , solo puedo hablar bien de ellos , recomendable
I was assisted by a very friendly and competent young guy. It was a replacement vehicle for my car insurance. Things were wrong with me and this guy gladly solved everything for me. The vehicle they left me with was in very good condition and was high-end. I can only speak well of them, recommended
Tuve un accidente en un furgon , la compania no me dio otro de alquiler en lo que me arreglaban el furgon por que aqui no tienen furgoneta , bueno eso es problema de la compania , el caso es que aqui me dieron un coche de alquiler mediante mi compania de seguros , los trabajadores muy bien , pero mi sorpresa es cuando devuelvo el coche , todo correcto y el combustible hasta arriba y ensenando la factura de la gasolina , y me pasan un pago en La Tarjeta de 40 euros por que decian que no estaba lleno , lo cual era totalmente incierto . Forma de sacar dinero a la gente de manera repugnante.

Feil bil. Bil er oppskrapa og alt tar fryktelig lang tid. Darlige engelsk-kunnskaper. Anbefaler a benytte andre selskap i Segovia.
Wrong car. Car is scratched and everything takes an awfully long time. Poor English skills. Recommend using other companies in Segovia.
