El personal de esta oficina es muy atento , pero l empresa tarda muchisimo en devolverte la fianza , son unos 300EUR . Escribes y no contestan , tampoco cogen el telefono .

Buen sitio de alquiler de furgonetas en Segovia. Las furgonetas estaban en buen estado y el personal muy amable. Los mejores de la zona y con descuentos extras. Editado: Han cerrado en verano de 2022.

Mis dos experiencias siempre han sido muy positivas con esta agencia en esta ciudad. Al margen que me ha salido tres veces mas barato haciendolo en persona, que por otros metodos de contratacion con esta empresa desde otras ciudades, los coches que me dieron siendo mis condiciones: automatico y pequeno(dandome igual color, marca y demas), me los han dado de ultima generacion (2019 matricula K 2020 matricula L)...las dos veces coche impoluto por dentro y por fuera, e incluso en el 2019 me lo trajeron desde oficina de Jaen y pensando y asumiendo que pagaria un plus por traslado, la sorpresa fue que el precio final era el mismo que me dijeron al principio de todo. No tuve ningun problema, por suerte, mecanico y una duda que tenia me la resolvieron haciendoles un pantallazo a mi duda, lo que me tranquilizo. Como en los dos anos tuve que ampliar dos dias mas no tuve ningun problema avisandoles con 1-2 dias antes. Por tanto mi experiencia ha sido siempre muy positiva y voto de confianza siempre que voy a Segovia.

Muy mala atencion. Nos querian colar un retrovisor que estaba reventado. Menos mal que hicimos fotos antes de coger la furgoneta. Ponen menos km en el papel de los que tiene la furgoneta. Si es para hacer un viaje largo no lo recomiendo(son incomodisimas) Atencion malisima por parte de la chica rubia.

Fui a recoger un coche para hacer un trayecto Segovia-Murcia con mi hija pequena, aunque tenian varios disponibles en el garaje de la oficina, me acercaron a otro lugar 2km, para coger un Skoda Fabia, muy pequeno, que ademas estaba sucio y olia a tabaco. Como es la unica que alquila coches en Segovia y esta cerca de Madrid, tiene poca disponibilidad en ciertas fechas

Not sure why the negative reviews. My experience renting a car here was terrific. The gentleman running the office was friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the office with a car in under 15 minutes. American drivers, make sure to obtain an international driver's permit ahead of time. We returned our car to the atocha station in Madrid, which can be a bear to navigate to. If returning here, just know that the rental return is on the left hand side of the station as you look at it from the front. The return experience was a breeze too. The agent who received our car was friendly and efficient as well.... Even called us a taxi to pick us up directly at the return location. I would not hesitate to use europcar in Spain (God willing) again.
El tiempo de espera es algo alto, ya que hay poco personal y siempre hay alguien fuera llevando o trayendo coches, o clientes. Si alquilas una furgoneta te tienen que llevar a las afueras de la ciudad donde las tienen aparcadas en una calle normal. El vehiculo tenia el deposito lleno, pero no a tope, solo lo justo para que la aguja senale lleno. El papeleo fue muy rapido ya que llevaba todo reservado por la web.
