Menudos sinverguenzas Me alquilan una furgoneta que estaba hecha polvo, pero como la cogi con seguro a todo riesgo, me dijeron que no tenia que preocuparme. No me la ensenaron por dentro. Cuando la entrego en destino en Alicante, me han hecho pagar unos rayones del interior de los portones. Llamo a Segovia y se desentienden totalmente del tema. Se han aprovechado de mi para reparar esto gratis, 800 EUR me han hecho pagar. Unos caraduras. Ahora voy a ir a la Junta Arbitral de Transporte y tambien con abogado a poner una denuncia. Mucho ojo con estos jetas

No alquileis en esta empresa porque es un timo. Haces una reserva de un vehiculo y media hora antes de la recogida te llaman para decirte que no tienen disponibilidad. Encima el personal de las oficinas se desentiende del tema, diciendo que es culpa de la central que hace las reservas. Una verguenza que sigan funcionando, deberian cerrarles el negocio por estafa, ya que la reserva te la cobran con antelacion y luego te dejan tirado sin solucion ninguna.
Do not rent from this company because it is a scam. You make a reservation for a vehicle and half an hour before the pickup they call you to tell you that they have no availability. On top of that, the office staff ignores the issue, saying that it is the fault of the headquarters that makes the reservations. It's a shame that they continue to operate, they should close their business due to fraud, since they charge you for the reservation in advance and then leave you stranded without any solution.
Mi experiencia a sido muy buena! Los chicos que me atendieron en la estacion de Segovia muy amables pedro Alberto,sobretodo Alberto que es el que me hizo todo el papeleo muy simpaticos y agradables asi da gusto! Alquile un coche para un viaje largo y dejarlo en otro destino y todo fue perfecto! Muchas gracias si necesito alguna vez alquilar un coche o furgo ya se donde ire!

Menuda faena, nos hicieron. Un viernes a primera hora nos dejaron tirados sin coche y teniamos que hacer un viaje largo. Despues de reservar con un mes de antelacion y lo peor, es que ni les importo. No intentaron poner solucion de ningun tipo, simplemente nos dijeron que el cliente del dia anterior tenia un seguro y que por tener una averia, le dieron nuestro coche en vez de mandar otro. Asi que cuidado que solo deben tener un coche de cada categoria. Mucho tienen que cambiar las cosas para que vuelva a arriesgarme a alquilar con esta compania.
What a job they did to us. Early one Friday morning they left us stranded without a car and we had to make a long trip. After booking a month in advance and the worst thing is that they didn't even care. They did not try to find a solution of any kind, they simply told us that the client from the previous day had insurance and that because he had a breakdown, they gave him our car instead of sending another one. So be careful that you should only have one car from each category. Things have to change a lot for me to risk renting with this company again.
Tuve que devolver el coche en Domingo con la oficina cerrada. La persiana cerrada y sin instrucciones ni de donde dejarlo ni de donde dejar las llaves. Mediq horquilla buscando el buzon. Notas: -Los primeros 15 min son gratis en los 2 parkings de barrera de la estacion. Lo pone en la barrera. -El coche se deja en el parking 2 que es el mas alejado de la carretera de acceso, al fondo. -La llave en el buzon de enterprise que esta en la calle, en la entrada principal a la estacion a la derecha junto a la maquina de pago del parking.
