I've rented from this agency many times and it is top notch. The people who work there are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I've never had problems with hidden charges, pestering to accept extras you don't need or trying to charge for pre-existing damages. If you rent on the Budget website you have the option of paying in advance and you can cancel up to 48 hours before your rental, or paying when you collect the car, which is a little more expensive and allows you to cancel up to the time of your rental. Third-party websites may have other conditions. One time when I rented at another agency in Segovia and had my rental cancelled at the last minute, I called this one and they held me their last available car until I had a chance to make the reservation on their webpage.
No entiendo las resenas tan malas... Alquilamos un coche el pasado dia 13/09/23 y todo perfecto la verdad. Nos atendio una chica y tambien habia un hombre y muy bien. El coche tambien, la atencion y sin problema en el cobro.
I don't understand the bad reviews... We rented a car last 09/13/23 and everything was perfect to be honest. A girl attended us and there was also a man and he was very good. The car too, the attention and without problem in the payment.
Como muchas otras personas ya han dicho sobre este negocio. El servicio al cliente es pesimo, el coche fue cancelado una hora antes de la recogida, se negaron a devolver el dinero. Despues de una hora al telefono con la oficina central (con tarifas especiales) "encontraron un coche". El director me grito e insulto durante la recogida. Fue una verguenza. Finalmente, tardaron mas de una semana en devolver el deposito a mi tarjeta de credito. Obtienes lo que pagas.
As many other people have already said about this business. The customer service is terrible, the car was canceled an hour before pickup, they refused to refund the money. After an hour on the phone with the head office (with special rates) they "found a car." The manager yelled and insulted me during pickup. It was a shame. Finally, it took them over a week to return the deposit to my credit card. You get what you pay for.
Fatal, sin ningun motivo nos han retenido la fianza de 200EUR, nos dicen que es un error, pero pasado casi un mes todavia no nos la devuelven, una verguenza! Devolvednos el dinero

Bad customer service. Not very hospitable towards non-spanish speakers.
A la hora de cancelar no te informa la web, y te cobran 40EUR aunque canceles al dia siguiente.
