Very helpful staff, no problem with service. Marked down only because you're a long way out of central Segovia, which demands a bus in if you're visiting/staying in the heart of the city. Probably adds 25 minutes.
Son unos sinverguenzas. Tuve un accidente por un animal que se me salio en medio de la carretera, hice atestado, les he mandado todo y me han cobrado la Grua que vino a por el coche, me han cogido 200EUR de la cuenta sin mi consentimiento que no me quieren devolver. Aparte tenia pagado por una semana el coche de alquiler, lo devolvi antes de tiempo y no me devuelven los dias sobrantes. Voy a poner una demanda a esta empresa que obvio no saben ni gestionar. Aparte de la educacion de la chica que tienen en recepcion que brilla por su ausencia.

Una buena empresa, precios economicos, amables en su atencion, coches en buen estado, de no serlo son correctos en expresar ciertas cosas de los vehiculos, volveria a alquilar nuevamente.

No recomiendo Avis, es una decepcion desde el comienzo. La recepcionista es una irrespetuosa, maleducada y prepotente, no deja hablar al cliente. Te toma los datos y te explica lo justo, no te dice que te cobraran 300EUR de fianza, mas 67EUR de alquiler y que luego al dia siguiente te vuelvan a cobrar otros 67EUR mas, sin informarte. Te entrega las llaves y nisiquiera se fija si el vehiculo esta limpio. He alquilado una fugoneta por un dia y el estado en que me la entregaron fue guarrisima, olia a tabaco la cosa mas asquerosa, los asientos chorreados de sudor, la tapiceria con barro, polvo en el salpicadero y la zona de carga sucisima con tierra y barro.Tardaron una semana en devolver la fianza 300EUR y los otros 67EUR que me cobraron de mas. Son unos jetas, si cobran en el instante podian devolver el dinero ellos tambien al entregarle el vehiculo alquilado. NO LO RECOMIENDO y les pongo 1 estrella porque obligan a ponerla pero no se la merecen

Lamentable la limpieza de estas furgonetas. He alquilado varias veces; En plena pandemia no se han desinfectado nunca, alli estaba el olor, la sucidad, restos de comida de los anteriores, etc. Otra vez que fui, muy parecido y el otro dia lo mismo, botella de agua de los anteriores, un vaso de cafe pegado en el posa vasos que evidentemente tuve que retirar antes de salir. El maleterero mas de lo mismo, restos de lo anterior. Una autentica verguenza. Eso si 65-70 euros de alquiler. La mujer que esta en la oficina aguantando las quejas un 10. Las fotos son de 2 dias diferentes
