Everything worked out smoothly with the car rent, and the car itself was very clean and had no issues whatsoever. We were welcomed at the airport, brought to our car and given the keys. We were met at the airport for the drop-off as well. The renter was communicative and friendly.

We are very satisfied with the car rental services provided by Ana and Ricardo, and if we ever visit Madeira again, we will use only their services. We rented the car two months before our flight, and during that time, we requested a child seat--no problem at all! The car was delivered right to our hotel, with a full tank and full insurance. No deposit required, just the rental fee! At the end of the rental period, Ana and Ricardo picked up the car from the hotel. No hassle or worries for us! Thanks to them once again for providing such high-quality services! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Ana Lodges is a great car rental! Very flexible, fast, kind and good communication. Car in a hotel on time (in fact we had a half day before time) without any extra cost :-) In the price is full insurance and cleaning of the car. Together with car we received gift (package of the regional sweets). We had possibility to leave the key of a car in reception of the hotel. It was absolutely good experience with Ana Loges Rent a Car.

A very nice and safe rental company, run by a nice couple who are always willing to help. The car was fully functional and clean, there was no problem when returning it. They dont charge a deposit! The only drawback is the relatively high price, but on the other hand, cheap rental companies often do not return the deposit.
