Best car for the best price I have ever rented! Just some problems with communication :P We booked a car a few weeks in advance, and we got the car we wanted. The car had only 14k km, pretty new, clean and in very good condition with great equipment. If You want to rent a car on Sunday, someone will be there for if You made Your reservation online, even on Google it is marked as closed!

Excellent, easy booking. No hidden fees and extra insurance, free booster seats. EUR52 was taken for fuel and if you don't fill it to max they keep it, if you bring it back full then the EUR52 is refunded the next day. No messing , would defiantly use next time.

We tell you a price for a car rental, we assure you that you can reserve one in the morning for the evening and when you say that you want one for in 2 days whatever the category, you are told that it is not There is nothing available before 8 days which is surely false since we are not in peak season. We had reserved the car in advance online via the official website. The car was brought to the hotel on time at the requested time. The handover was very uncomplicated. We were given the key and a piece of paper with the necessary information and phone number in case something should happen. The delivery was just as straightforward. When we drove the car for the first time, the car showed too little tire pressure. Well, it can happen, drove to the next gas station and filled up. Then one Sunday our car suddenly wouldnt start. Of course we called the emergency number, several times! - Nobody answered! Of course we tried all the other numbers too, several times! - Nobody answered! Luckily we were in the neighboring town, in Los Christianos, where a Cicar Car shop was still open in the harbor! We ran there and a young man was sent to us, found the error and then bridged us with a battery so we could then continue driving. But we dont want to imagine if, like the day before, we were on the Teide, the car wouldnt have started and we wouldnt have been able to reach anyone and we wouldnt have been able to get help within walking distance! Its a shame and not a nice experience! The accessibility of the emergency numbers definitely needs to be improved!!! Like many others here, we were not paid the difference because we overfueled. We know this isnt a must, but we wanted to mention it anyway.

An einem Sonntag sprang unser Auto dann plotzlich nicht mehr an. Wir haben naturlich die Notfalnummer angerufen, mehrmals! - Keiner ist dran gegangen! Naturlich haben wir alle anderen Nummern auch ausprobiert, mehrmals! - Keiner ist dran gegangen! Zum Gluck standen wir im Nachbarort, in Los Christianos, wo noch ein Geschaft von Cicar Car im Hafen geoffnet hatte! Dort sind wir hingelaufen und uns wurde ein Junger Mann geschickt, hat den Fehler gefunden und hat uns dann mit einer Batterie uberbruckt und so konnten wir dann anschliessend weiter fahren. Wir mochten uns aber nicht vorstellen, wenn wir, wie ein Tag zuvor auf dem Teide waren, das Auto nicht angesprungen ware und wir keinen erreicht hatten und wo wir nicht mal eben Fusslaufig Hilfe hatten holen konnen! Sehr schade und keine schone Erfahrung! An der Erreichbarkeit der Notfallnummern ist aufjedenfall Verbesserung notig!!! Uns wurde nicht, wie bei vielen anderen hier, die Differenz die wir zu viel getankt haben ausgezahlt. Wir wissen, dies ist kein Muss, wir wollten es dennoch erwahnt haben.

Everything went perfectly, the agency dropped the car off at the hotel and picked it up from the same place 5 days later. Everything was done very quickly and I was even surprised that they didnt check the car at all when we returned it. We had a Seat Ibiza which was clean and recent, less than 10,000km.

Excellent rental company, we went to the agency and booked a Fiat 500 for the next day. Upon collection they gave us a free upgrade as the Fiat 500 was not available. There is no block on the card and no deposit. We had included in the price 1/4 of fuel to be returned in the same way and full insurance. They also provided us with a map and an audio guide.
