We rented a Peugeot 308 for 8 days in Asturias. After returning the rental car we got a claim for something that already was registered. I tried contacting them, but they don't pick up the phone. Nor they respond on the mails I sent about this claim. The car was decent, the after service was really bad. Never again.

Stay well clear of Sixt! Booked a car months ago and flight was delayed by one hour. Do you think Sixt stayed to hand over my car! Think again! They buggered off home at 10pm sharp yet ALL the other desks remained open. Some service! Won't ever hire a car from them again and I strongly advise you all to give them a wide berth!

The cars are fine, the counter service is fine, all is fine - except that, if you want to extend your rental, be aware that you can only do so for 5 days online or by phone (even though the website says you can extend up to 28 days). You have to go back to a branch to do that. In a mission to reduce their customer service levels, Sixt closed their branch in Oviedo city, thereby requiring me to make a 100km/75 minute detour round trip just to make a longer extension. Stupid in this day and age of doing everything online.

We made a reservation, we paid what we had to pay and when it came time to return the deposit (2 weeks have passed and they still havent returned it) they want to charge us 58 more because we have exceeded the mileage when we took the KM rate Unlimited and there was no gas, which is a lie because we had a full tank before going to the airport. Simple and quick reservation through the application. Excellent service at the counter upon collection. Precise and very clear information. No waiting at the counter. Although I requested an automatic car from a group, they have offered me two other superior vehicles to choose from, for the same rate. New vehicle less than three months old. Ive been driving on Asturian roads for a couple of days and everything is perfect. I will be with him almost the entire month of August. It is the second time I have rented with Sixt here in Asturias and I recommend it.

Everything perfect. I called SIXT Asturias airport 2 days in advance to see if, as far as possible, they could give me a specific model included in the selection. He needed 3 isofix for his respective child seats and there was only one model that included those features. They left it written down and on the day of pickup they gave me the requested model.

Our Granada - Asturias flight was delayed. We called sixt to tell them that we were arriving at 11:00 p.m. and they told us that they would wait until that time to deliver the car to us. They even asked us for our flight number to be attentive. When we got to the window at 11:00 p.m. they were closed. (the other rent a car were open delivering the cars, which were Europcar and Ok mobility). (in fact, a guy told us that Sixt had closed at 10:00 p.m. and it wasnt 11:00 p.m....

I rented a Citroen C3 with this company 1 month before my arrival in Palermo. They gave me a similar car because this one is not available, a Lancia Ypsilon 1.0. The Lancia is a small car, well below the price paid for the C3 rental. They gave us no choice but to have that car or a Jeep, for which we would have to pay more. The car was new, and we had no problems using it. They werent very nice to us either, but we didnt have any more problems, so Im going up to 2 stars. Certainly NOT recommended.

El Lancia es un coche pequeno, muy por debajo del precio pagada por el alquiler del C3. No nos dieron mas opcion que ese coche o un Jeep, por el cual deberiamos de pagar mas. El coche estaba nuevo, y no tuvimos ningun problema con su uso. Tampoco fueron muy amables con nosotros, pero no tuvimos mas problemas, por lo que subo a 2 estrellas. Desde luego, NO recomendable.
