The staff who attended us was very nice and explained clearly in English to my friend who doesn't know Spanish. We didn't know that our reservation wasn't done successfully, but he changed to the automatic transition immediately as our request. The car was very clean and didn't smell cigarettes.

Allowed me to make a booking for pick up at Santiago central even though it was closed and only informed me after booking. Charged an extra suprise EUR68 on an already expensive booking compared to their competitors (but still chose them because I thought they had a better reputation). They claimed this was for insurance that I added after the original booking. However, the original booking included insurance. Can't fight big companies though can you. It's a joke.

Just amazing company! Everytime we need to rent a car, we make the best experience with Sixt in Spain. They are uncomplicated, very friendly and professional. Today we arrived very late 01.00 a.m. after a delayed flight and through the fast communication, they even waited for us and other customers even though the desk was officially closed. Highly recommended.

Diran que es independiente pero no, se puede gestionar mejor, no puedes realizar un cobro posterior al bloqueo cuando ya lo bloqueas. Cobra el alquiler por un lado y reten por otro, de esta manera me parece abusivo y de mala fe. Mala gestion, muy mala. Encima cuando llamas cada persona te cuenta una version diferente. En definitiva, alquiler de 3 dias y pagas casi 1000 cuando el coste real son 150 . La proxima vez se la lio al colega de la oficina, eso seguro. Alquilare un panda y me dara un S3 minimo.

After cycling to Santiago de Compostela we needed transport back to Bilbao. I ordered a Peugeot Rifter (or similar). Initially no response from the Santiago branch to my emails to be sure that we will get the Rifter, because the bicycles fit in it. A few days before the rental date, we had frequent, good and pleasant contact via email and telephone. Finally got a van. Without surcharge! Also very satisfied with the contact with the employee upon collection.

Paar dagen voor de huurdatum wel veelvuldig en goed en aangenaam contact gehad via mail en telefoon. Uiteindelijk een bestelbusje gekregen. Zonder meerprijs! The Sixt car rental company in Santiago de Compostela scammed us. We requested a car rental for just one day and they charged us for two, total cost almost 600 euros. I had to threaten to call the police to get them to tell me the total amount to be paid immediately upon delivery of the car, because they were taking their time and who knows what else they would have come up with. Stay away. I made the necessary reports, but apparently, given the other terrible reviews, they have some saint who protects them...

I rented a vehicle in Santiago and I had to pay 70 Euros in cash to leave it in Oviedo after 3 days and now they are charging me the 70 Euros again because they say that they do not charge in cash, or in other words, they have charged me 70 Euros. Excellent. I rented a car urgently. It was easy, well attended, very fast. The car had online navigation, an easy to use touch screen device, I navigated by GPS to the airport. 100% recommended. I always rent cars, I will continue doing it only through Sixt.

BEWARE! Before renting with this company, at first it seems that everything is fine and clear, but then they charge you twice the same amount by copying the card number and justifying that a refund will be made later, so Renting a car for 300, you pay almost 1,000 without being told anything and without getting anything back. A first card payment in person of almost 600, where they tell you that they will return 300 deposit and instead. They have charged me again for the other 300 car rental and the almost 600 still do not appear. The customer service is disastrous, although it is not the fault of the teleoperator who assists you, they do nothing to try to solve the situation, they only hide behind the customer service protocol to drag their feet. I never put negative reviews because I consider that nothing is serious enough to harm a business, but to me it seems more like a scam than a serious business.

!CUIDADO!, antes de alquilar con esta empresa, al inicio parece que todo bien y todo claro, pero luego te cobran 2 veces el mismo importe copiando el ndeg de tarjeta y justificando que luego se va a hacer una devolucion, por lo que el alquiler de un coche de 300 , pagas casi 1.000 sin que te digan nada y sin que te hayan devuelto nada. Un primer pago con tarjeta de manera presencial de casi 600 , donde te dicen que van a devolver 300 de fianza y en lugar de eso. A mi me han vuelto a cobrar los otros 300 de alquiler de coche y los casi 600 siguen sin aparecer. La atencion al cliente es nefasta, aunque no sea culpa del teleoperador que te atiende, tampoco hacen nada para intentar solventar la situacio, solo se esconden tras el protocolo de atencion al cliente para dar largas. Nunca pongo resenas negativas porque considero que nada es tan grave como para perjudicar a un negocio, pero a mi me parece mas una estafa que un negocio serio.
