This is our third experience with Record Go (twice in Spain, once in Portugal), and we have no complaints at all. Jonathan, the guy who handled our contract was highly informative, speaking an excellent English. We were given an Opel Corsa that proved perfect for our itinerary, with good fuel consumption, extremely clean inside. We rented it with full insurance, no hassles. Pick-up/drop-off was smooth and quick, what else ? Besides there's a close-by bus stop (Lavacolla stop, bus 6A) 50mt away. Would recommend, thanks and keep doing well.
Helpful, kind and swift service , puts you at ease during car hire and travelling (which is sometimes stressful enough) definitely recommended!
In July 2004, we booked a car online to pick up from the Record Go office in Madrid. Since we were planning to travel abroad with the car, we needed to pay an additional fee. The Madrid office informed us that if we were not immediately leaving the country, we could make the payment at another office later, to avoid overpaying. (We are very grateful to them for this!) Before heading to Portugal, we went to the Record Go office in Santiago de Compostela to make the international travel payment. (The location shown on the map is accurate, and it was very easy to find.) The staff were polite, and they quickly processed our payment. We made our payment without any issues and completed our journey. Our overall experience renting a car from Record Go was very good. The staff provided us with excellent information, and the rental was great in terms of value for money. Additionally, the deposits we paid were fully refunded within a week. We would like to thank the company and wish everyone the same enjoyable rental experience.
My partner and I rented a car for 5days Staff was very friendly Didn't have any issues on pick up or check out We received a little bit bigger car than we booked but it ended up just fine and I was even happier after that they gave me that one Highly recommend
We had a great experience with Record Go. Got picked up at the airport, taken to their location, and the car was ready to go. The usual rental car paperwork, but no hidden fees and no pressure to upgrade anything. We got a nice car, and you can't beat their prices! We'd definitely use them again! Oh, and they spoke English which was really helpful since my Spanish is muy terrible.

From start to finish was so easy, they picked us up straight from the airport to the car hire place has to sign a few forms and then off we went with the car then when we dropped it back despite being a bit early there was still someone available to take us to the airport. I was a bit weary about hiring a car being only 19 but this made the experience super easy and convenient
Overall the process is streamlined. A couple of cons that could improve the service significantly: - at the exact time there was no one at the pickup point. Then waited for 30 mins, again nobody. Then digged their phone from the net (not provided on the web page) and asked for the shuttle to come - the tire faults are not included in the full coverage insurance package. If I did not ask explicitly at the desk I would not know that trick. So in addition to the full, or semi-full, insurance I had to buy an additional one for the tires. One would expect they to come bundled. - I had to wait for the guy to go over some king of a check list validating tires, interior, exterior, etc. instead of just dropping the keys and checking the fuel level. Why should a customer with extra-full coverage insurance be waiting for such comprehensive check?
