When we arrived at the car rental desk at the airport in Santiago de Compostela we got a car from which the antenna was disconnected which was stored somewhere inside of the car. The antenna was not the correct one as it did not fit (the people at the desk first assumed we did not know how to connect it ourselves but after several attempts from their staff it was clear we were not that stupid. We got another car so you would think the problem was solved but this car did not even have an antenna stored in the car. At this point we were told the car is fine but we just cannot listen to the radio. Since we would like to listen to the radio we got yet another car which finally worked fine. Our guess is they remove the antennas to clean the cars at the car wash but we have no idea why they would not immediately re attach the antenna to avoid this problem. In the end we lost over 2 hours trying to get a car that worked. The car we got in the end was quite nice and we have nothing to complain about there, but upon the car return we were told everything was fine. While waiting to board our plane we got a message that we were charged 80 euros without any specified reason. After further investigation we saw that they specified it as 'extra cleaning costs'. The car was a bit dirty at the foot end due to the bad weather but nothing that would warrant extra cleaning costs (they would need to clean this anyways). Furthermore charging 80 euro's extra cleaning cost on a car rental of ~ 300 euros seems excessively high. Because of the bad start and this unwarranted and excessively high extra cost we count this as a bad experience. We gave 2 stars as the car in itself was fine.

I booked a car on an online platform in SCQ for a few days for about 70 EUR. When I arrived, I was told that the insurance I had taken online was not compliant and that I had to take out additional insurance ... I preferred to cancel the contract because with the new proposal, it was more interesting to take a taxi. They tried to sell me something I did not sign for, and since there was a long queue behind me, they didn't really bother spending much more time with me. They told me I will be refunded, but I had no confirmation email or anything at this point. I guess it was cheap for a reason, learned my lesson so you don't have to. (She also pretended that my credit card was a debit card - as such, it would cost me more - I checked later with Avis and Europcar at the same airport who did not see any issue with my credit card)

Really good service, spoke English which helped massively as my Spanish isn't great. Car was easy to find and in excellent condition, we were advised that we were the second customers to use it. The return office was difficult to find and we had to ask someone where to go. Other than that, and the fact that the insurance offered upon booking on-line isn't with OK, we had to take extra insurance with OK, everything was fine.

Really bad experience. My partner git charged 40 extra euro and he arrived to the stall at 11:50pm. They charge 40 extra euro when you arrive after 12am. They just scammed him because he is English and does not speak Spanish. Racists. He is never doing it again.

These scammers have charged me more than the cost of the ENTIRE RENTAL for returning the car "an hour late". Yes this was in the contract and I made a mistake agreeing to this. OBVIOUSLY I would not have agreed to a rental with this clause. Make sure you check everything because there's plenty of reviews detailing all the ways they try to catch you out and charge you extra for completely unjustified reasons. The man who delivered me this information was also unpleasant about it.

Excellent rental company. The third time I have used them from 2 locations in Spain. My recent 2 trips were to Santiago de Compostela. OK are now in the airport terminal and their service was excellent, the car was pristine and perfect for my trip. The returns process was simple, quick and with no quibbles or nonsense. Fatal. We hired a little over a month ago because it was in the same airport and when we arrived all the signs were there, but the store has disappeared. We spent an hour going up and down looking for it in the garage, even and when we managed to get our phone picked up at the headquarters, they told us that we had to look for a van in the parking lot that would take us to the store. Its amazing that I take out insurance that everyone has travel assistance and they tell me that they dont have it covered and that its 21. Logically, Im not going to pay what it costs almost a year of travel assistance for it and they tell me that I would always have to call their tow truck and pay for it. We have arrived in Santiago, it has already pissed us off but I am not going to hire them again for terrible coverage and worse tension. Hemos llegado a Santiago, ya nos ha cabreado pero bien no pienso volver a contratar con ellos una cobertura pesima y una tension peor. Hemos contratado 40.000 veces vehiculos de alquiler y sabemos perfectamente como funciona cuando dice que esta en el aeropuerto que normalmente lo pone asi pero que luego no lo es y luego hablando nos comenta que se han trasladado hace un mes segun ella son mas baratos porque estan fuera del aeropuerto, pero si estaban ahi hasta hace un mes no tiene sentido ninguno ademas de que no era mas barato que el resto de agencias de alquiler

I booked a vehicle with Easyjet at the same time as my plane ticket. 88 for the car 5 days with insurance, great! EXCEPT that when I arrived at the agency I was told that this insurance was not sufficient and that they had to block my 1000 deposit, I was then made to understand that if there was ANY problem I would have to pay fees blah blah lose my deposit blah blah, in short I am shamelessly offered insurance for 180!!!! More than double the amount already paid. Oh and Im given a limit of kilometers not to exceed under penalty of a supplement (300km/day) and you also have to pay a supplement to go to Portugal (these things are perhaps normal but were never stated during booking with Easyjet.) Call it what you want, to me its dishonest racketeering. Also when the office no longer exists in the airport, you have to go out and wait for a shuttle but no indication or explanation. Avoid this company if possible and dont be fooled by their attractive prices. Otherwise the car was very good, modern, functional etc. RAS in that regard.

We rented a manual 3008 type car (it is not guaranteed that it is a 3008 obviously but a large SUV) and when we arrive to pick up the car, they tell us that they have given us a better car for free because they did not have any left. We went down to the car and it turned out that it was automatic, total panic because I didnt know how to drive one like that! I return to the demonstrator where a very unfriendly girl tells me that the car I had reserved had had an accident so they gave me a better one (just mine!) and there was no other manual. They only had automatics left! so deal with that one. Because he didnt explain that to me, I had to pick up the car and offer that someone gave me a little explanation of how it worked. Luckily there was a very nice man in line who had just had that car last month and he taught me how to drive it - in the end it was quite easy and I learned! Going back to the price, it certainly wasnt free since they charged me 5 euros more per day for a better car and also for having roadside assistance. And be careful, its only 300km per day and we went over 16, which they charged us at 7.60 euros - look, I have rented cars throughout Europe and I have never had mileage limitations per day. Volviendo al precio, por cierto no era gratis ya que me cobraron 5 euros mas por dia por mejor coche y tambien por tener asistencia de carretera. Y ojo solo son 300km por dia y nos pasamos con 16 que nos cobraron a 7.60 euros -mira que he alquilado coches en toda Europa y jamas he tenido limitaciones de kilometraje por dia. Ya os digo NUNCA MAS OKmobility. Buscaros otro rent a car porque hay mas serios que estos!

Me dice que si no la contrato, la asistencia la tengo disponible, pero que tengo que pagar 400 la grua, poco menos que me toman por tonto, pero por no entrar en bucle, pago 21 adicionales, no queria empezar mal mi fin de semana en Galicia. Dice la senorita que lo del seguro lo ponia en la web pero en Ingles... Me hacen firmar el contrato de entrega en una tablet donde no te ensenan el croquis estado del vehiculo, asi que tengan ustedes cuidado, pues la peritacion de salida solo la ves hasta que entregas el vehiculo, por lo que estas en sus manos, como me paso a mi. Lo cuento: Antes de empezar dejo constancia de que firmas en un cuadradito de una tablet y luego colocan esta firma en todos los documentos que ellos quieren, documentos que solo ves tras entregar el vehiculo de vuelta. Es decir: estas totalmente en sus manos. Al recoger el vehiculo tiene un buen raspon en en la puerta del copiloto, de la que dejo constancia con la foto adjunta. El tema es que el coche esta en el garaje esta 5 plantas mas abajo y en una esquina y di por supuesto que estaba contabilizado pues era evidente. En la oficina de esta planta -5 no habia nadie de OK MoBility y al ir con mis padres muy mayores lo dejo todo documentado y salgo. Pense que algo tan evidente, estaria marcado en el parte de salida, maxime cuando habia preguntado a la senorita de arriba y me dijo que el vehiculo estaba perfecto. Al entregar el vehiculo ya de vuelta del fin de semana, lo perita una senorita a la que le indico que el raspon ya estaba. Me dice que no hay problema pero no me hace firmar nada de la entrega donde dejar constancia de esto. Trato muy oscuro de nuevo, eso si, con toda la simpatia del mundo. Resultado: A los pocos minutos, ya en la sala de espera del aeropuerto, me llegan, por fin, todos los documentos del fin de semana de alquiler: 6 documentos PDF. Por fin ahi puedo ver la peritacion de salida del coche (no tenian marcado el citado raspon) y la de entrada (me imputan el raspon) Por suerte, al tener la cobertura premium no he pagado el raspon, faltaria mas, pero miedo me da de pensar si no la llego a tener contratada. Es mas, creo que me la han imputado a mi por alguna negligencia de ellos en algun alquier anterior. Ahora contesten ustedes los que les de la gana. Lo que he contado es la pura verdad, por suerte no me ha costado el dinero y dejo la advertencia que me hubiese gustado tener a mi en Google Maps. Lo tengo todo documentado y a quien quiera se lo demuestro. Como digo no me ha costado el dinero (los 21 de asistencia en carretera los asumi), por eso, sin mas despecho ni mas animo nada mas que el de informar a futuros clientes, dejo aqui este comentario. Conclusion: Yo no vuelvo a alquilar nada a estos senores, son poco transparentes y poco fiables, eso si todo con una perfecta sonrisa en la cara. Me reservo de tomar las medidas oportunas en la oficina de consumo. Adjunto una captura de GOOGLE FOTOS donde se ve que la foto del raspon aportada es del 17 de octubre de 2024, cuando justamente empezo el alquiler.

Regrettable experience with this company. With two reservations there is no flexibility to cancel them, let alone refund our money. More than insufficient treatment from both the cabin staff and customer service. I recommend booking vehicles with any other company that offers better customer service and a little more flexibility and understanding. Thanks for nothing ok mobiliy.

Experiencia lamentable con esta compania. Con dos reservas ningun tipo de flexibilidad para cancelarlas y menos devolvernos el dinero. Un trato mas que insuficiente tanto por parte del personal de cabina como de atencion al cliente. Recomiendo reservar vehiculos con cualquier otra compania que ofrezca un mejor trato al cliente y un poco mas de flexibilidad y comprension. Gracias por nada ok mobiliy.
