Nos entregaron los vehiculos nuevos sin haber hecho la preentrega de los mismos, desde el principio non quejamos que los coches no funcionaban bien y que habia prestaciones que no funcionaban, siempre nos remitian a gestionar el tema mediante la pagina web. despues de 16 meses intentando que nos solucionasen los problemas mediante correos electronicos y llamadas telefonicas, mi empresa decidio hacer el servicio pagando de su bolsillo. lamentablemente este motivo condiciona absolutamente el plantearse aumentar la flota de la empresa con Leaseplan. Despues de varias semanas de espera, LeasePlan nos remitio un reembolso con los importes adelantados. No sin antes aportar muchisima documentacion y darnos muchas vueltas. El servicio de atencion telefonica es pesimo, cada vez que llamas, te atiende un operador distinto, y tienes que volver a explicar todos los pormenores en cada llamada

Entrega de vehiculos pesima ::Hemos ido a entregar unos vehiculos a la nave de Santiago, el chico que nos recepciono los vehiculos deja mucho que desear, lento,estaba revisando nuestros coches le sono el tlf y alli nos dejo plantados, tenia un rayazo de uso uno de los coches y nos puso danos no sabe contestar las preguntas que hicimos, vamos un pasota, antes habia una chica Maria que aparte de siempre recibirte con una sonrisa, era una profesional,te daba solucion a cualquier problema o por lo menos lo intentaba desde luego el cambio que han hecho de Maria a este chico no ha sido un acierto para nada. Espero que este comentario llegue a donde tiene que llegar y se tomen las medidas

Un servicio pesimo al cliente, su rentabilidad es dejar colgados a sus clientes en complicidad con los talleres colaboradores. Coches con deficiencias tecnicas y con un mantenimiento pesimo. Y si tienes algun percance armate de paciencia para que te atiendan al telefono. Increible pero cierto

Unos absolutos sinverguenzas. Coincido plenamente con lo que decia un ex cliente: la liquidacion del coche, una vez que lo entregas, tarda varias semanas. Te cargan en el Banco el importe de supuestas reparaciones sin contrastar ni informarte. Cuando solicitas informacion, te envian un peritaje que contradice el acta de recepcion del vehiculo, en el que se establecia que no habia ningun dano interior. Para no volver a contar nunca con esta compania.

They charge the bank the amount of supposed repairs without verifying or informing you. When you request information, they send you an expert report that contradicts the vehicle reception report, which established that there was no interior damage. To never count on this company again.
Dicen que tienen una gran red de talleres concertados para todo tipo de mantenimientos del automovil. Pero realmente cuando tienes que hacer un cambio de aceite o cambiar neumaticos, te envian al que ellos quieren ( en santiago tienen 1 o 2 como mucho ) y aunque existan mas no te dan la opcion aun se lo pidiendoselo. Esto da mucho que pensar... En mi caso que llevo 16 anos con coches de renting y se que acuerdos tiene cada taller, acabo de comprobar que no eliges taller como en otras companias. Y te tienes que comerte el taller que te indiquen.... Realmente no es practico e incluso te ocasionan grandes perdidas de tiempo sustanciales. Desde mi punto de vista como usuario es un gran inconveniente. Desaconsejo encarecidamente los servicios de esta empresa, ya que ademas es incapaz de dar soluciones a problemas planteados Espero que no me proporcionen la tipica contestacion corporativa de siempre y tomen nota de las valoraciones de los usuarios, que no son precisamente buenas.

But really when you have to do an oil change or change tires, they send you the one they want (in Santiago they have 1 or 2 at most) and even if there are more, they don't give you the option even if you ask them for it. In my case, I have been renting cars for 16 years and I know what agreements each workshop has, I just verified that you do not choose a workshop like in other companies. And you have to eat the workshop they tell you.... It is really not practical and even causes substantial waste of time. From my point of view as a user it is a great inconvenience. I strongly advise against the services of this company, since it is also incapable of providing solutions to problems raised. I hope you don't give me the usual corporate response and take note of the user reviews, which aren't exactly good.
Pues despues de 6 anos como cliente e de decir que una vez entregado el coche todo son malos modales y problemas, supongo por que ya no soy cliente. Me envian una factura por la limpieza de una supuesta mancha en un asiento 1 mes despues de entregado el coche. A todo esto antes de entregarlo me gaste 20EUR en limpiar el coche por dentro y por fuera. No te devuelven la fianza hasta que pasen 60 dias de que pagas las facturas. En mi caso me reclaman por lo de la limpieza y el exceso de kilometros 1100EUR. Les pido que lo descuenten de la fianza de 1800EUR que entregue y me dicen que NO. O pagas o no hay dinero... En resumen, muy bien cuando eres cliente, pero una vez dejas de serlo ya no vales 1 centimo. Espero que la senorita que me atendio le vaya bien en la vida y nadie la trate tan mal como ella me trato a mi.. Recomendacion: aunque te lleve 10 horas leeros bien el contrato para que despues no te lleves sustos.

They send me an invoice for cleaning an alleged stain on a seat 1 month after the car was delivered. Before handing it over, I spent EUR20 cleaning the car inside and out. They do not return the deposit until 60 days have passed after you pay the invoices. In my case they claim EUR1,100 for the cleaning and excess kilometers. I ask them to deduct it from the EUR1800 deposit that I gave and they tell me NO. Either you pay or there is no money... In short, very good when you are a customer, but once you stop being one you are no longer worth 1 cent. I hope that the lady who helped me does well in life and that no one treats her as badly as she treated me. Recommendation: even if it takes you 10 hours, read the contract carefully so that you don't get scared later.
