We have never received such great quality and service from a car rental company. After being stranded with our own vehicle, we were greeted with the utmost professionalism we could ever wish for. The car was great, and even when we had to extend the rental period due to our own insurance messing up, it was no issue at all, with great communication through WhatsApp throughout. We would recommend them to everyone.

Great time with them throughout. We booked online and the process was super quick , in 15 minutes we had the car and were ready to go. The car was exactly was we booked online and in perfect state. The drop off at the airport is super smooth and easy. We called them to double check they answered straight away and very clearly. They confirm the car delivery process on WhatsApp and deal with the refund on the day. I can only recommend them amazing service and care.

Excellent service with RentalCar, we were attended by Adriana, she was very helpful and advised me which car to choose, the car was a VW Polo and during the trip to Asturias, I had some questions, they answered very quickly by WhatsApp and even called me if I had more questions. The deliver was at the airport in Santiago, left the keys and all, they checked that all was ok and I got my deposit back the same day! Thank you so much for all your help and service! See you soon!

I was almost renting with Herz until I read the bad reviews and decided to look for another option. Thats how I found HelloRENTACAR and it was a great success. The car was a little more expensive than in Herz, but the peace of mind is priceless. I called with very little notice, but Adriana went out of her way to get it done, to adapt everything to our needs, she even stayed outside of her working hours on a Saturday afternoon (attention bosses, she deserves recognition), she made everything very easy for us and She was at all times very human, close and empathetic. We returned the car, the deposit was returned to us practically immediately, everything was perfect!! Its a shame I can only give them 5 stars, because they deserve more. I am clear that next time, to have a peaceful vacation, I will count on them again.

Estuve a punto de alquilar con Herz hasta que lei las malas resenas y decidi buscar otra opcion. Asi di con Hello rentacar y fue todo un acierto. El coche nos salio un poco mas caro que en Herz, pero la tranquilidad no tiene precio. Llame con muy poca antelacion, pero Adriana se desvivio por conseguirlo, por adaptarlo todo a nuestras necesidades, incluso se quedo fuera de su horario laboral un sabado a la tarde (atencion jefes, se merece un reconocimiento), nos lo puso todo muy facil y fue en todo momento muy humana, cercana y empatica. Devolvimos el coche, se nos devolvio la fianza practicamente enseguida, todo perfecto!! Lastima que solo les pueda poner 5 estrellas, porque se merecen mas. Tengo claro que a la proxima, para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas, volvere a contar con ellos.
