Despite showing clear documentation that the car was returned as per the original rental agreement, no refund was issued. Instead, they ignored follow-up emails and two phone calls. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to address this after multiple attempts to resolve it feels like fraud.

Fantastic experience with this company, and I would like to recommend them to anyone travelling to Compostela! We booked a car from the 14th of August till the 23rd, and everything was just smooth and without issues. From the moment we picked up the car from Alberto and he made us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger car until the moment of the drop off when we got a bit lost, and we were almost 1h late! Both guys were just so professional and kind. Conveniently located 3min away from the airport and close to 2 petrol stations to fill up the tank before dropping the car. Forget about the big, international "rent a car" companies and spend your money with this type of small, local businesses. Enhorabuena chicos y muchas gracias por una experiencia perfecta!!

2 Very bad experience with this company. To summarize, we leave you alone to go around the car to see the different Impacts already present on a sheet which is sent to your mailbox and which you must check. If you see any that are not mentioned, tell reception immediately to avoid them having to pay you the bills when you return because that is exactly what happened to me. Obviously we suggest at reception that you inflate the bill when renting by taking out different insurance policies from them. Read their conditions carefully because everything is mentioned. We also ask you to film with your cell phone the tour of the car for any complaints.... and thats where we cry. When returning the car, the person in charge goes around the car and finds 3 micro-impacts on the windshield on the passenger side, strangely he is quickly directed towards it.... results, on the film of my portable by magnifying the image it becomes blurry and it is impossible to prove that they were already present. The company charges me 185 for repairs including 50 for expertise which took 5 minutes with their tablet (scandalous). I was of course charged the next day since it keeps track of the bank card. An Impact was already present on the drivers side, this must also have been billed to a previous rental without being repaired.... how to make easy money on the backs of customers. I requested an invoice for the repair of the windshield from the approved garage (Carglass, glassdrive, etc.) who are the only ones authorized to do so to prove that the repair was indeed carried out, despite two reminders they did not give me never provided this invoice. Very simple, the next one will have an invoice identical to mine. Read the comments on Google and other sites carefully before you start, you will see bills of more than 300 for scratched rims, what a world we live in!!! Of course being French and leaving the next day its easier to scam the customer. Also look at the responses he gives to the negative review on Google....a real sketch and its worth it. If despite this, you decide to rent a vehicle, be vigilant (windows, scratches, dents, etc.) by taking a video and photos very closely and pray hard not to have an incident during your rental, pay attention to the curbs of on the sidewalk when you park, the scratches on the rims are very expensive for them. Bien evidemment on vous propose a laccueil de gonfler la note lors de la location en prenant differentes assurances chez eux. Lisez bien leurs conditions car tout est mentionne. On vous demande egalement de filmer avec votre portable le tour de la voiture pour toute reclamation.... et cest la quon pleure. Au moment de restituer la voiture, la personne en charge fait le tour de la voiture et trouve 3 micro-impact sur le pare-brise cote passager, bizarrement il cest vite diriger dessus.... resultats, sur le film de mon portable en grossissant l image elle devient flou et il est impossible de prouver quils etaient deja present. La societe me facture 185 de reparation dont 50 dexpertise qui a pris 5mn avec leur tablette (scandaleux). J ai bien sur ete debite le lendemain vu quil garde une trace de la carte bancaire. Un Impact etait deja present cote conducteur, celui-ci a du etre facture egalement a une location precedente sans etre repare.... comment se faire de largent facile sur le dos des clients. J ai demande une facture de la reparation du pare-brise du garage agree ( Carglass, glassdrive...) qui sont les seuls habilite a le faire pour prouver que la reparation a bien ete effectue, malgre deux relances ils ne mont jamais fourni cette facture. Tres simple le prochain aura une facture identique a la mienne. Lisez bien les commentaires sur Google et autres sites avant de vous lancer, vous verrez des factures de plus de 300 pour des jantes rayee, dans quel monde vivons nous !!! Bien sur en etant francais et en partant le lendemain cest plus facile d arnaque le client. Regardez aussi les reponses quil donne au avis negatif sur google....un vrai sketch et ca vaut le coup. Si malgre ca, vous decidez de louer un vehicule, soyez vigilants (vitre, rayures, bosse etc ) en prenant une video et des photos de tres pres et priez fort pour ne pas avoir dincident pendant votre location, faite attention aux bordures de trottoir en vous garant les rayures des jantes coute tres cher chez eux. Ils sont pas prets de me revoir et je compte bien leurs faire de la bonne publicite.

15 days ago, I contracted this service through Booking. And through Booking I contracted the additional Rental Cover coverage. As soon as I arrive (Friday the 15th at 3:30 p.m.) the worker tells me that the Rental Cover insurance is not going to cover anything for me. Aceptado el seguro, es decir dos seguros en total, me dice que hay que dejar deposito de 300 . Tras 10 minutos de intentar entender el pq, acepto y entonces me dicen que no son 300 sino 1700 pq el coche pedido era un Altagama. Sub automatico sin mas. Habiendo invertido entre pitos y flautas casi 1 hora, contratado 2 seguros y dejado 1700 de deposito, salimos a por el coche. Eramos 3 personas y los 3, por suerte, oimos perfectamente, no lo revise que ya esta todo cubierto con sus seguros El Domingo 17 a las 17 aprox se devuelve el vehiculo, estaba la misma trabajadora. Y...nos dice que ha encontrado una rallada en la carroceria que no estaba y que tenemos que pagarla y que ya nuestro seguro de Booking, RentalCover la cubrira. Obviamente me niego y tras presionar con el testimonio independiente de los 3 que estabamos presentes, el jefe de la chica nos dice que ha sido un error que la rallada ya estaba Tengo MUY CLARO, tras leer resenas, que es una estafa a Rentalcover y asi lo he denunciado a Booking. A mi me timaron solo 18 . NO CONTRATEN, LEAN RESENAS
