trato horrible y la persona q nos atendio, Adriana pesimo servicio. no salimos del sitio sin poner una hoja de reclamacion.

No me gusta poner malas resenas pero la verdad que el trato por parte de Adriana de recepcion fue deplorable. Todo empezo con un problema en la reserva: el coche que teniamos cogido requeria si o si una tarjeta de credito a nombre del titular de la reserva. Fallo nuestro por no leer la letra pequena, un fastidio pero que opciones tenemos. Al preguntarle a Adriana por alguna solucion nos contesta de malas formas reiteradamente sin darnos opciones. Tras buscar una solucion por nuestra cuenta, volvimos a la oficina a pedirle una hoja de reclamacion. Primero no nos la queria dar, luego nos la dio pero no nos decia su nombre. Acabo diciendo su nombre. Reitero, el motivo de este mensaje es el trato del personal ya no solo las politicas de la empresa.
I don't like to give bad reviews but the truth is that the treatment by Adriana at the reception was deplorable. It all started with a problem in the reservation: the car we had taken required a credit card in the name of the reservation holder. Our fault for not reading the fine print, a bummer but what options do we have. When we ask Adriana for a solution, she repeatedly answers us rudely without giving us any options. After looking for a solution on our own, we returned to the office to ask for a claim form. First he didn't want to give it to us, then he gave it to us but didn't tell us his name. He ended up saying his name. I reiterate, the reason for this message is the treatment of the staff and not just the company's policies.
No recomendaria este sitio ni a mi peor enemigo... Para empezar nos atendio (por llamarlo de alguna manera) un tal Adriana (chica rubia y aparentemente joven). El problema, que podia ser solucionable se convirtio en una hoja de reclamaciones. Todo vino a raiz de que no deja tener la reserva con una tarjeta que no sea de credito, ella en lugar de proponer opciones, como un cambio de titularidad, solo nos indujo a la posibilidad de perder la fianza con cierta hostilidad, malas formas y un trato deplorable. Nos podriamos haber ahorrado todo este mal trago si como "politica de la empresa" nos hubiera tratado como "su principal prioridad" como dice el eslogan de la empresa.

We could have saved ourselves all this trouble if, as a "company policy," it had treated us as "its top priority," as the company slogan says.
Alquilamos un coche para dos dias y la experiencia fue estupenda. Nos atendio Adriana, una chica muy atenta, profesional y simpatica.

La semana pasada alquilamos una furgoneta mercedes clase v para viajar un grupo de 6 personas a una boda, donde se especificaba en la reserva realizada 7 plazas y maletero para 4 maletas grandes. Al ir a recoger el coche nos dan una Mercedes Vito con 9 asientos y sin practicamente maletero. Evidentemente no pudimos recoger el coche que nos ofrecian y no solo no nos solucionaron el problema con otro coche con las caracteristicas del que habiamos reservado, sino que ademas se negaron a devolvernos el dinero. OJO, son unos timadores.
Last week we rented a Mercedes V class van to travel with a group of 6 people to a wedding, where 7 seats and a trunk for 4 large suitcases were specified in the reservation made. When we went to pick up the car, they gave us a Mercedes Vito with 9 seats and practically no trunk. Obviously we could not pick up the car they offered us and not only did they not solve the problem with another car with the characteristics of the one we had reserved, but they also refused to refund our money. BEWARE, they are scammers.

NADA RECOMENDABLE. Nos insistieron como 5 o 6 veces en el seguro a todo riesgo, primero en la recepcion y luego al darnos el coche en el garaje, metiendonos miedo y sin parar de insistir aunque dijeramos claramente que no nos interesaba. La chica del garaje casi nos engana de mala manera para coger el seguro, solo nos dijo: "firmar aqui y aqui, esto es el precio que aceptais para que si pasa algo no os tengamos que cobrar 1.100 de fianza"; tuvimos que tachar la firma del papel. Nos llegaron a decir que nos podria rayar el coche cualquiera si lo dejabamos en la calle y que nos tendrian que cobrar los 1.100 euros de la franquicia por cualquier cosa de carroceria. El seguro a todo riesgo costaba 40 euros por dos dias, mas que los 35 del alquiler del coche. Limitan el kilometraje a 250km al dia, y a partir de ahi son 10 centimos el km, que es una burrada!. Nos dieron un Toyota Aygo que en carretera no pasaba de 100. Ademas al llegar al aeropuerto par devolverlo ibamos con mucha prisa y se pusieron a inspeccionar el coche con linternas y por todos lados, supongo que para intentar sacarnos lo que pudieran. Al cogerlo el primer dia solo habia una persona para Alamo, Enterprise y otra compania, y aunque solo teniamos una persona delante estuvimos 30 minutos esperando para que nos atendieran.
