Hemos contratado con ACAR el servicio de recogida del coche desde Sarria y entrega en Santiago de Compostela. La comunicacion con ellos y la contratacion fue via WhatsApp, muy eficiente y rapida. La recogida en Sarria fue facil y la entrega super puntual. Un diez en calidez humana y trato. Gran solucion para poder realizar el Camino De Santiago con perro.
We have contracted with ACAR for the car collection service from Sarria and delivery in Santiago de Compostela. Communication with them and the hiring was via WhatsApp, very efficient and fast. Pickup in Sarria was easy and delivery was super punctual. A ten in human warmth and treatment. Great solution to be able to do the Camino De Santiago with a dog.
La gestion ha sido excelente. Me trajeron el coche a la puerta del hotel y me lo recogieron en la puerta de salidas del aeropuerto. Todo a la hora acordada. Ningun problema y todo el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo 100%. Gracias por todo, Angel.

Mi marido y yo contactamos con Acar para empezar el camino de Santiago desde Sarria. Viajamos con mascota. Queriamos alquilar un coche para ir hasta Sarria y dejar el nuestro en Santiago. Ellos nos ofrecieron dejar nuestro coche en sus instalaciones y se lo agradecimos mucho. Cuando llegamos del camino decidimos quedarnos en Santiago 2 dias y no hubo ningun problema en seguir dejando nuestro coche en sus instalaciones durante esos dias. Luego nos vinieron a buscar al hotel para llevarnos a recoger nuestro coche. Quedamos encantados con el servicio y, sin lugar a dudas, volveriamos a contratar el servicio en caso necesario. Muy agradecidos por todo.
My husband and I contacted Acar to start the Camino de Santiago from Sarria. We travel with a pet. We wanted to rent a car to go to Sarria and leave ours in Santiago. They offered us to leave our car at their facilities and we were very grateful. When we arrived from the road we decided to stay in Santiago for 2 days and there was no problem in continuing to leave our car at their facilities during those days. Then they came to pick us up at the hotel to take us to pick up our car. We were delighted with the service and, without a doubt, we would hire the service again if necessary. Very grateful for everything.
Fuimos a hacer el Camino con perro de apenas 13 kilos, pero suficiente para que no lo admitan ni en tren ni autobus, lo que nos hacia dificil volver al origen. Me hablaron de Acar y sin problemas, el coche en la puerta del hotel y a la hora acordada, a un precio mejor que si contratas conductor. Luego dejamos el coche en el sitio indicado por la empresa sin mas preocupaciones, todo facil.
We went to do the Camino with a dog that weighed only 13 kilos, but enough so that it was not allowed on the train or bus, which made it difficult for us to return to the origin. When a car rental company (which reviews and scores are generally low) has an average score of 4.8, there is no much to add. However I would like to highlight some pros of Acar: - Punctuality. Both on arrival and departure. -Attention to detail, personalized service: we were looking for a specific car, automatic gear and spacious both inside and boot. During the hiring process, Angel, the manager, guided us through the different options and prices until we find the best choice. On arrival, the mainstream rental companies just hand you the car keys after signing the contract. Angel, on the contrary, spent a good amount of time to show me the car and to explain the main safety features, the gadgets, driving tips etc. -No hidden charges. No pushing for excess damage waiver, extras etc. Everything crystal clear as per contract. -Flexibility. Fast response to queries via email, WhatsApp , SMS . -Quality and fully functional clean cars. The car was impeccable. Toyota RAV4 hybrid. -Availability. Always a phone call away for any query or need you may have during the rental. No need to spent hours through an automated answering machine to get your answers. In summary, better service than the main big rental companies with similar or even better price. It is a no brainer that I will be using it from now on when visiting Santiago. Thanks!
