Llame 2 dias atras para alquilar una furgoneta para el viernes y me estuvieron mareando conque no sabia si daria tiempo en el taller pero al final me llamaron para reservarla. Y aparte otra para el lunes siguiente para un mes completo, cual fue mi sorpresa al ir a buscarlas que me dijeron que la que tenia reservada la habian cedido para un vehiculo de sustitucion y que no iba a tener ni la del viernes ni la reservada del lunes para un mes. No apta para empresas de transporte serias.
I called 2 days ago to rent a van for Friday and they kept me busy so I didn't know if I would have time in the workshop but in the end they called me to reserve it. And another one for the following Monday for a full month, what was my surprise when I went to look for them when they told me that the one I had reserved had been given for a replacement vehicle and that I was not going to have either the one for Friday or the one reserved for the Monday for a month. Not suitable for serious transport companies.
Perfecto, me parecio todo bien , llame para reservar un coche pues con el mio tuve un incidente lo cual me quede sin coche y ellos me reservaron uno con apenas 6 kilometros, no tarde ni 30 minutos en que me lo dieran , luego al entregarlo tambien fue super rapido , lo revisaron todo estaba bien y me devolvieron mi fianza asi que me fui contento , ya que pude recuperar mis vacaciones, muchas gracias a los 2 chicos que me atendieron
Perfect, everything seemed fine to me, I called to reserve a car because I had an incident with mine which left me without a car and they reserved one for me with just 6 kilometers, it didn't take even 30 minutes for them to give it to me, then when they delivered it too It was super fast, they checked everything was fine and they returned my deposit so I left happy, since I was able to get my vacation back, thank you very much to the 2 guys who helped me
De momento gran empresa si lo que estas buscando es un renting,han sido rapidisimos,amables y atendiendo cualquier duda que tengas. Roberto en todo momento ha estado pendiente de que lo tuviera todo correcto. Muy recomendable.

Espectacular trato al cliente, llevo mas de 10 anos contratando rentings con varias companias y nunca habia encontrado un trato tan cercano y profesional, me parecia imposible tener los moviles directos de los empleados sin tener realziar interminables llamadas a 902... la cuota muy muy buena y la atencion inmejorable. Spectacular customer service, I have been contracting rentals with various companies for more than 10 years and I have never found such close and professional treatment. It seemed impossible to me to have the employees' direct cell phones without having to make endless calls to 902... the rate was very very good and unbeatable attention. Que suerte todos los buenos comentarios. Llame tal que un jueves y se comprometieron a darme presupuesto el viernes. Despues de una semana sin noticias volvi a llamar y ni se acordaban de mi. Me dijeron que me llamaban el lunes siguiente a las ocho y media de la manana sin falta.... a las doce de la manana volvi a llamar y me dijeron que en una hora me devolvian la llamada..... tres semanas despues siguen sin contactarme.... GRAN ATENCION AL CLIENTE. Por cierto, han perdido una operacion que ya tengo con otro operador.
How lucky all the good comments. I called on a Thursday and they promised to give me a quote on Friday. After a week without news I called again and they didn't even remember me. They told me that they would call me the following Monday at half past eight in the morning without fail.... at twelve in the morning I called again and they told me that in an hour they would call me back... three weeks later They still haven't contacted me.... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way, they have lost a transaction that I already have with another operator.
Atencion mas que excelente, como no podia ser de otra manera con ese equipo humano genial. Es un gusto trabajar con ellos. Tenemos dos vehiculos de Walacar y estamos orgullosos de haber sido su primer cliente. !Jose Antonio... un crack!

Recomiendo totalmente la empresa, al principio estaba un poco dudosa por la profesionalidad pero tras varias conversaciones me demostraron que podia estar segura. Estuve mirando bastante antes de decidirme por ellos y tienen unos precios muy competitivos y la entrega del vehiculo fue antes de lo que imaginaba al final nos dieron una grata sorpresa. Espero que sigamos teniendo esta buena atencion por parte de la empresa.
I totally recommend the company, at first I was a little doubtful because of the professionalism but after several conversations they showed me that I could be sure. I looked around a lot before deciding on them and they have very competitive prices and the delivery of the vehicle was sooner than I imagined. In the end, they gave us a pleasant surprise. I hope we continue to have this good attention from the company.
