hice una reserva para el mes que viene y tuve ciertas dificultades, aun no he recogido la furgo pero hasta ahora la atencion de la chica que coge el telefono es maravillosa !! mis cinco estrellas para ella, super paciente y amable!! asi da gusto!!
I made a reservation for next month and I had some difficulties, I haven't picked up the van yet but so far the attention of the girl who answers the phone is wonderful!! my five stars for her, super patient and kind!! that's how it's nice!!
En mi caso alquile un furgon por 10 dias y todo correcto,buen precio y buena atencion por parte de la chica que hizo la entrega.
In my case I rented a van for 10 days and everything was correct, good price and good service from the girl who made the delivery.
Recomendable. Alquile una furgoneta para realizar un pote y todo salio a la perfeccion. El vehiculo estaba listo antes de la hora prevista de la reserva y me explicaron con precision y claridad los aspectos mas importantes del alquiler y me mandaron un correo con detalles y fotos de los pequenitos toques que tenia. Se puede realizar la devolucion fuera del horario de oficina. A la hora de la devolucion, rapido y no hubo ningun problema en la inspeccion posterior del vehiculo. Aconsejo siempre revisar y fotos del estado del vehiculo a la entrega, avisando si hay algo y, a si se entrega fuera de horario de oficina, hacer fotos.
Advisable. I rented a van to make a pot and everything went perfectly. The vehicle was ready before the scheduled reservation time and they explained the most important aspects of the rental with precision and clarity and sent me an email with details and photos of the little touches it had. Returns can be made outside of office hours. At the time of return, it was fast and there were no problems in the subsequent inspection of the vehicle. I always advise checking and photos of the condition of the vehicle upon delivery, notifying if there is anything and, if it is delivered outside of office hours, taking photos.
Poco recomendable. Me han cobrado 125EUR por un golpe que yo no he dado pero no puedo demostrarlo porque no hice fotos cuando recogi la furgoneta. En la foto que me ensenan de como estaba la furgoneta antes de cogerla yo, sale una sombra que tapa esa zona danada. Despues de llamar y mandar correos a muchos responsables de Hertz he conseguido que me devuelvan el dinero asi que ni tan mal.
Not recommended. They have charged me EUR125 for a hit that I did not cause but I cannot prove it because I did not take photos when I picked up the van. In the photo they show me of what the van looked like before I took it, a shadow appears that covers that damaged area. After calling and emailing many people at Hertz, I managed to get my money back, so it's not that bad.

El vehiculo estaba listo el dia y hora de la reserva y me explicaron con precision y claridad los aspectos mas importantes del alquiler. Pude realizar la devolucion fuera del horario de oficina y no hubo trampa alguna en la inspeccion posterior del vehiculo.
Totally recommended. I rented a van to move and everything went perfectly. The vehicle was ready on the day and time of the reservation and the most important aspects of the rental were explained to me with precision and clarity. I was able to make the return outside of office hours and there were no pitfalls in the subsequent inspection of the vehicle.
Son absolutamente incompetentes. A la espera de la confirmacion de una reserva hecha hace 1 dia, no confirman ni lugar donde recoger, ni la tarifa, contando con un localizado. Me he tenido q ir a OK mobility
They are absolutely incompetent. While waiting for confirmation of a reservation made 1 day ago, they do not confirm either the pick-up location or the rate, with a location available. I had to go to OK mobility
Ha sido todo perfecto la experiencia desde el precio hasta la atencion personal!!! La furgoneta en perfecto estado recomiendo la empresa de alquiler con Hertz .
