Extremely unlawful behaviour, upon booking through an agent, registering a card number, could not pay with the indicated visa card on the phone, or other any other card, after discussing for an hour with the desk service, closed the office in our front, lost the booking, money and the car.

Absolutely appalling service - had booked a hire car whilst still in the UK and had received confirmation of the booking. I initially used Enterprise in the first place due to them being a worldwide and reputable company so felt that I was taking a safe and reliable option. When I arrived at the Enterprise office (at Santander train station) on the morning of the collection my booking information, which included my email address and telephone number was sitting on the desk, however I was informed that despite my hire car being confirmed that there actually was not a car there for me! And even though my phone number and email address was there in front of them nobody had had the courtesy to inform me prior to me arriving. They then said that the best they could do was to take me to the airport based office where they would 'hopefully' have a car for me. When I arrived at the airport the Enterprise desk there said they did not have a car and that apparently this is a regular occurrence (be warned!) that they don't have a car available and can't fulfill the booking. I then ended up doing the one thing that I would never do and had to wander around the different car hire companies in the airport arrival hall asking if there was available cars - there was several extremely expensive options and the one that was the least expensive was almost double the price that I had confirmed by pre-booking with Enterprise. When I got back to the UK I phoned Enterprise to complain and was told that someone would get back to me within 5 working days. This did not happen so 9 working days later I phoned back myself to be told that there had been no update. This is another appalling case of poor customer service and lack of communication. I will absolutely never use enterprise again and will be making sure that my friends and family never do either.

We found Enterprise online and compared prices before making our booking with them. Their offices are just outside the train station. We had the best service from Enterprise! The car we had booked wasn't returned by the time we arrived, so they bumped us up with a larger car option at no extra cost. The car itself was in excellent condition. We've rented cars before while travelling and have had some hair raising experiences of fighting with companies over damage that we never caused. The staff at Enterprise were incredibly relaxed and hospitable. Inspection was quick and the documents were emailed to us. Even when handing the car back, all processing was done promptly and efficiently.

I asked for a price for a small car for one week in the city office. Very nice customer service. The price was very high at EUR853 for one week. I checked online for a price from the airport for one week. I booked a car for EUR248. One star here for customer service. Bus from Santander to the airport.....EUR4

Rented with Enterprise a few months ago. When we dropped the car off it was inspected and cleared as it had no damage. Then today I receive a charge to my credit card and email saying I have been charged for repair costs (2 months later). When I called to ask how this was possible as the car was inspected and cleared they put me through about 6 staff at various locations unable to explain to me how this could happen. The document they sent also had some fake codes on it and when the lady on the phone finally found a charge in their system it was for a different amount than what they charged me. So they can't even manage to keep their frauds consistent.

My experience with Enterprise to rent a van has been, well good things and bad things (I think more of the latter): Bad things: - I booked in person at the office for a date, and they reserved me for a different date. Therefore, on the day of the reservation, there was obviously nothing available, so I had to book again for the next day with what that entails. - This next thing is, for me, the worst: they do not insure the van of the size you have chosen. I understand that this is not an office problem, but rather company policy, but it is incomprehensible, a horrible practice and, clearly speaking, a b*tch for the client. You organize yourself according to your needs, and you end up with a 12m3 van: an inadequate size for the load you are carrying, and without also providing you with restraints or any fixing system. The van has anchors inside, sure, but what average person has tie-down systems to use just in case? Not to mention your experience behind the wheel, there may be those who do not know how to drive or are not used to a vehicle of that size. Luckily I handle myself well, but this idea of them giving you whatever size van they want seems absurd to me. - Cleanliness: the van was very dirty, both the cargo space (even with cobwebs) and the cabin. Pretty dirty. I dont know who this depends on, but the office where I returned it cleaned it after I handed it in, at least from the outside that I could see. I understand that it is a cargo van, but some minimal cleaning would be appreciated. - They sent me the contract with errors in both the prices and the contracted services (for example, unlimited mileage was not included, so I would have to pay more). I had to call again to have it fixed because, otherwise, the refund of the deposit could not be processed. - Deposit: they wanted to charge me double the deposit with the excuse of giving me a larger van, which I had not requested. If you dont stick to it, well, theyll charge you double the deposit. If everything goes well you will recover, but there is no reason to do this. A pretty ugly detail. Good things: - They respected the price of the first reservation. - The only company in Santander that allowed me to return the van to a different office/city. - The return office (Seville, Santa Justa) contacted me by phone during the trip to ask if everything was going well and to give me directions for the return and find the parking lot where to leave it. Very kind. - Once the contract issue was resolved, the return of the deposit was quick (2 days).

Entiendo que esto no es problema de la oficina, sino politica de empresa, pero es incomprensible, una practica horrible y, hablando claro, una p*tada para el cliente. Tu te organizas segun tus necesidades, y acabas con una furgoneta de 12m3: un tamano inadecuado para la carga que llevas, y sin ademas facilitarte sujeciones ni ningun sistema de fijacion. La furgoneta tiene anclajes en el interior, claro, pero ?que persona corriente tiene sistemas de sujecion para usar por si acaso? Eso sin contar con la experiencia al volante que tengas, quiza haya quien no sepa manejar o no este acostumbrado a un vehiculo de ese tamano. Yo por suerte me manejo bien, pero esto de que te den el tamano de furgoneta que les parezca me parece un desproposito. - Limpieza: la furgoneta estaba muy sucia, tanto el espacio de carga (incluso con telaranas) como la cabina. Bastante sucia. No se de quien dependera esto, pero la oficina donde la devolvi la limpio despues de entregarla yo, al menos por fuera que yo alcanzara a ver. Entiendo que es una furgoneta de carga, pero se agradecerian unos minimos de limpieza. - Me mandaron el contrato con errores tanto en los precios como en los servicios contratados (por ejemplo, no figuraba kilometraje ilimitado, por lo que me saldria mas a pagar). Tuve que volver a llamar por telefono para que lo arreglaran porque, de lo contrario, no podia tramitarse la devolucion de la fianza. - Fianza: me quisieron cobrar el doble de fianza con la excusa de darme una furgoneta mas grande, la cual yo no habia pedido. Si no te plantas en ello, pues eso, te cuelan el doble de fianza. Que si todo va bien se recupera, pero no hay razon para hacer esto. Un detalle bastante feo. Cosas buenas: - Me respetaron el precio de la primera reserva. - La unica empresa en Santander que me permitia devolver la furgoneta en una oficina/ciudad diferente. - La oficina de devolucion (Sevilla, Santa Justa) me contacto por telefono durante el viaje para preguntar si iba todo bien y darme indicaciones para la devolucion y encontrar el aparcamiento donde dejarla. Muy amable. - Una vez arreglado el tema del contrato, la devolucion de la fianza fue rapida (2 dias).

Tambien habiamos reservado tres sillas infantiles y resulta que en el modelo que nos daban no caben tres sillas, y nos dicen que bueno que el coche es de 5 plazas, que las sillas no quepan no era su problema, cuando son sus sillas !!!!!!!! Y son ellos los que no nos dan el coche que teniamos contratado!!! Nos hacen esperar otra media hora para traernos las sillas infantiles y nos traen dos alzadores (que el mediano tiene 4 anos y no puede ir) pero esque sino no caben y una silla de bebe (hasta 18 m) para mi hija de 2 anos y medio porque no tienen nada mas rio por no llorar. Y comida de suciedad como apreciareis en la foto, totalmente impresentable. Nos vamos con el coche hartos porque no habia nada mas nisiquiera en otras companias, y aqui no acaba todo!!!! Dos impactos en la luna delantera y el deposito medio vacio!!!!!!! vamos de camino a devolver el coche y a pedir una hoja de reclamaciones como la copa de un pino y a poner una demanda por lo sucedido. HUID, una ESTAFA. No os arruineis las vacaciones
