Car Rental Santander - Airport in Santander

Had a great experience with our rental and the service was amazing!

Easy to find, easy to pick a car. To get to the airport itself - you can hop on the bus operated by ALSA, leaves from central square (opposite to the train station, slightly to the left, you can't miss it). Shuttle run every 30 minutes, so plan your visit accordingly, journey time approx. 15minutes or less and cost youEUR2,90 on way. Bring coins or exact change, driver definitely won't be happy to break your 50 euros notes. Buses arrives and departures from platform 2, closest to the main building. Opposite direction (from airport to the city) - very left part of the building(if you are facing it), the bus stop is literally at the corner, there's a timetable and the bench. Don't go further (there's another stop away from the building), that's the wrong one! Be aware - MASKS ARE still REQUIRED ON ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORT! All agencies are located in the main building, first, left entrance. The cars themselves just across the road, literally a minute walk from the desk. You take "your" car from there- you bring it back the same way, if it's not opted to leave it at a different location. Keep in mind, when you get back to the airport car park(starting immediately after the roundabout with two WWII airplanes)- look carefully for dedicated "CAR RENTALS" lane, which is next after main visitors car park lane in!! In this case you won't be charged for a car park. I've dealt with a company called "Budget", easy to deal, affordable prices, clear statement, clear cars. Highly recommend them, certainly will use them again. Operators speak English, so no language barrier should occur. Be advised

Quick and easy pick-up and return. Vehicle was in good condition despite some stains on some of the seats, the car was very nice. I appreciate the quick return of my deposit. Thanks Car Rental Santander!
