Last year I had a problem with ANOTHER car rental company (Enterprise) when I arrived in Santander (the tablet they used did not read my card well, and they did not accept any other payment method), so I was forced to look for another option with suitcases in hand. I approached Alcar and they saved my life. They rented me a Megane with which I could move around Cantabria (I had a hotel in Laredo) with complete autonomy. This year I traveled to Cantabria again, and I went straight to Alcar, renting the vehicle for a longer period of time. I ordered a Megane again (which was not the same, but it was just as well taken care of) and it did not disappoint me. In addition, there are all advantages: ease of rental (without excessive hassle or abusive conditions), reasonable price and very friendly staff. My experience has been very satisfactory, so I recommend this company without a doubt.

El ano pasado tuve un problema con OTRA empresa de alquiler de coches (Enterprise) al llegar a Santander (la tablet que usan no leia bien mi tarjeta, y no aceptaron otra ni otro metodo de pago), asi que me vi obligado a buscar otra opcion con las maletas en la mano. Me acerque a Alcar y me salvaron la vida. Me alquilaron un Megane con el que me pude desplazar por Cantabria (tenia hotel en Laredo) con total autonomia. Este ano he vuelto a viajar a Cantabria, y he ido de cabeza a Alcar, alquilando el vehiculo con mas tiempo. Pedi de nuevo un Megane (que no era el mismo, pero estaba igual de cuidado) y no me ha defraudado. Ademas, todo son ventajas: facilidad en el alquiler (sin un pepeleo excesivo, ni condiciones abusivas), precio razonable y personal muy amable. Mi experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria, asi que recomiendo esta empresa sin ninguna duda.
