Fui hoy con mi suegra por el coche y la verdad que mas encantado no puedo estar, Montse la que nos atendio fue muy amable desde que hable con ella por correo y por telefono hasta alli que me atendio, el coche estaba aparcado en la puerta, limpio, oliendo a nuevo y en perfecto estado, el trato ha sido muy profesional y muy satisfactorio, si algun dia tengo que comprar otro coche repetire con esta empresa y con la misma comercial claramente. Muy recomendados, muy puntuales, muy profesionales

EVITAR A TODA COSTA, es el peor servicio que he tenido en mi vida de lejos. Se me pincho una rueda el 23 de Agosto, estamos a 17 de septiembre y aun no se nada de mi coche. 1) Cuando ocurrio el pinchazo me tuvieron esperando en la carretera tirada mas de 5 horas. 2)Me dijeron que la grua habia llevado mi coche a un taller el cual mas tarde fue mentira, estaba mi coche en su sede y en ningun momento lo llevaron a taller. 3)Estuve discutiendo con ellos al menos 4 horas por telefono porque no me querian poner coche de sustitucion. 4)Volvi a reclamar donde estaba mi coche, ellos en ningun momento me llamaron o me informaron de NA DA. Cuando llame otra vez para ver cuando estaria mi coche me dijeron que este seguia en su sede, que ya para la segunda semana de septiembre si eso lo llevarian a taller. 5)Finalmente el taller me llamo para decirme que mi coche estaba arreglado, pero lo mandaron a un taller que esta a 1:40h de mi casa de lejos, ellos se negaron a traerme el coche, tenia que ir yo a por el SI O SI. 6)Me dijeron que me ponian un taxi hasta el taller donde estaba mi coche. El taxi tenia que venir a las 14:15h , no aparecio en ningun momento, les llame unas 5 veces, todas ellas me decian que tenia que esperar al taxi que lo estaban gestionando. Finalmente esperandome hasta las 17h, cancelaron el taxi , no me informaron y me pusieron otro el cual ya no servia porque a 1:40h del mecanico, al llegar ya hubiese cerrado. 7) Ahora me dicen que me traen el coche, pero que minimo en 10 dias, vere si realmente llego a volver a ver mi coche porque ya lo dudo. Mas de un mes por un PINCHAZO. *La mayoria de trabajadores te tratan con tono des proporcional y maleducado.
AVOID AT ALL COST, this is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. I had a flat tire on August 23, it's September 17 and I still don't know anything about my car. 1) When the puncture occurred, they had me waiting on the road for more than 5 hours. 2) They told me that the tow truck had taken my car to a workshop which was later a lie, my car was at their headquarters and at no time did they take it to the workshop. 3) I was arguing with them for at least 4 hours on the phone because they didn't want to give me a replacement car. 4)I went back to ask where my car was, they never called me or informed me of ANYTHING. When I called again to see when my car would be there, they told me that it was still at their headquarters, that they would take it to the workshop by the second week of September. 5)Finally the shop called me to tell me that my car was fixed, but they sent it to a shop that is 1:40 hours away from my house, they refused to bring me the car, I had to go get it YES O YEAH. 6) They told me that they would give me a taxi to the workshop where my car was. The taxi had to come at 2:15 p.m., it did not appear at any time, I called them about 5 times, all of them told me that I had to wait for the taxi that they were managing. Finally waiting for me until 5pm, they canceled the taxi, they did not inform me and they gave me another one which was no longer useful because at 1:40am the mechanic would have already closed when I arrived. 7) Now they tell me that they will bring me the car, but at least in 10 days, I will see if I really get to see my car again because I already doubt it. More than a month for a PUNCTURE. *The majority of workers treat you with a disproportionate and rude tone.
Impresionante la falta de organizacion, comunicacion entre los departamentos de esta empresa! Desde el 2018 tengo un renting y son unos desastres en gral. desde el primer momento malas experiencias! Pero a la hora de cobrar pffff...( lo peor)porque no puedo decir palabrotas. Ahora he comprado el coche y me envian SMS? Tio donde vas! Llamame,contactame avisandome que me enviaras documentos importantes que con las estafas que hay nadie se cree nada! PESIMO! Para colmo se comen la ultima revision del coche, la guinda del pastel.
The lack of organization and communication between the departments of this company is impressive! I have had a rental since 2018 and they are generally disasters. from the first moment bad experiences! But when it comes to charging pffff... (the worst) because I can't swear. Now I have bought the car and they send me SMS? Dude where are you going! Call me, contact me, letting me know that you will send me important documents that with the scams that exist, no one believes anything! APPALLING! To make matters worse, they eat the last inspection of the car, the icing on the cake.
Muy amables y atentos en la venta pero el servicio post-venta un desastre, nadie se responsabiliza de nada. Me han vendido un coche que a los 5mesos ya no funciona y ni la garantia ni Caixa se hacen responsables. Mi recomendacion no hagais negocios con ellos, todo muy bonito hasta que firmas la venta y despues nada, el vacio.
Very friendly and attentive in the sale but the after-sales service is a disaster, no one is responsible for anything. They have sold me a car that no longer works after 5 months and neither the warranty nor Caixa is responsible. My recommendation is not to do business with them, everything is very nice until you sign the sale and then nothing, emptiness.
El pasado dia 13 de marzo fue desde Madrid hasta alli a por un coche seminuevo y me lo entregaron sucio y sin el mantenimiento tal y como le corresponde a la casa y la marca para no perder la garantia. Y encima la comercial me dijo que le cambiara todo lo que le toca segun los kilometros que lleva ,pero en el libro del coche solo consta un mantenimiento que ya se pasaron con mas de 3000km y ahora ya que tiene otros 15000 km no se con certeza si lo han cambiado o no , dado la seriosida y el detalle de dejarme el coche como pueden ver en el video y las imagenes, que nada mas cogerlo tuve que ir a comprar unas toallitas mojadas y limpiar el volante porque estaba asqueroso y pegajoso ... Por fin hoy en el trafico el coche esta a mi nombre y por sorpresa tiene no se que incidencia y que esta traido del extranjero y rematricula en Espana cosa que tampoco te dicen cuando les preguntas. Decepcion total y no los recomiendo para nada ,segun mi experiencia se merecen una

Tuve la mala suerte de adquirir un coche en Arval (BCN) el dia 12 de diciembre del 2023 adquiri un Fiat 500x el cual Montse m hizo entrega del mismo y confiado a q m darian revisado y todo el coche no m tome la molestia de revisar el motor y su aspecto y a los 10 dia de a verlo adquirido y con poco uso (242km) me da muestras d fallo en el motor en carretera efectue el Desistimiento del mismo porque no me genera confianza por el aspecto en el que me habian entregado el coche. Ahora estoy esperando mi rembolso y lamentando mi tiempo perdido y el gasto que me genero este tiempo el coche recomiendo que os reviseis muy bien lo q os entregan!
