RentalPlus Granada in Santa Fe

We rented a car to visit Granada. We used Rentalcars and also paid for the helmet with Amex. At the collection they made a lot of fuss both about Amex and because we purchased the helmet on the site. Upon return everything ok. The car had a few scratches and a strong smell of smoke, otherwise it ran well.

I have bought a Seat Alhambra and I am very happy, above all, ask for Amin, a wonderful guy and he is super polite and delighted, he has made everything easier for me. And the appraiser Jose and Hatim, the one who is going to give me the car, are charming and the boss Miguel is a cracker.

I rented a car so I could go to work while they fixed mine and in addition to the fact that the treatment from the girl was excellent, the entire process was great and the car was impeccable.

The car I rented was super clean, the service was great. I will repeat without a doubt.

Totally dissatisfied with the service, an irresponsible, unserious company with no commitment to the customer. To rent and receive the money they are very serious, but to deliver the vehicle and return the money they get upset and don't care about the customer. Zero recommended.

The worst car rental company, irresponsible, lacking empathy... They canceled my reservation before going to pick up the car.. No shame, incredible that these things happen.. With reservations already made and with zero justifiable excuses.

Terrible service, an absolutely irresponsible company, we made the reservation for a 7-seater car more than 20 days in advance and leaving payment for the reservation and in less than 24 hours before the trip, they canceled the car without giving us a solution or an alternative . It is a company, unfulfilled and unserious, its services are not recommended and in my case we are foreigners and tourists must be respected just as we were fulfilled with our payments. The contractual conditions are on both sides of both who provides the service and who uses it. To date we have not received even one serious communication from Rental Plus.

We traveled from Colombia, to take some tours in the south of Spain and we rented a car 20 days before the trip, but less than 24 hours before delivering it, they informed us that they did not have vehicles. It seems disrespectful to us that they do this with foreigners who invested money in tours and itineraries since we had reservations for hostels in other cities, which caused an extra cost in hostels and trips. The reason for the cancellation was that the car was sold. Reason why I classify it as a company that does not care about the customer.
