Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Santa Fe

Although this review was triggered by my recent rental at Enterprise on St. Michaels, this review really is for the service this location has provided during the past two years of living in Santa Fe. For this first 6 months of living here, I did not have a car due to supply chain issues. Thankfully, I had the privilege of renting one when needed and we did so every weekend from Enterprise on St. Michaels. The service here is PHENOMENAL. We even had a problem with one of the cars we rented, called them, they advised to bring it back, and we got a new one seamlessly. The staff has been nothing short of wonderful and amazing always. Since we lived with 5 miles of the shop, we even got rides back to our place after we rented. I always recommend renting from Enterprise because, nationally, I feel they have the best service. And if you need a rental in Santa Fe, come here. Make sure you reserve in advance because they are rightfully becoming popular.

I picked up a car with a cracked windshield last month and pointed out the damage to the employee who said they would make a note and not to worry about it. Guess who got a bill for that damage at $858.50? I had to call and dispute this and thankfully the enterprise damage department took care of everything, but the employees at this store are dishonest.

Staff was very helpful. The Van I rented was very nice and easy to drive. The only thing was that it wasn't washed before I picked it up but I couldn't wait for that. Enterprise has always provided good service and accommodations. Thank you.

The guys here are pretty cool. I've rented cars from Enterprise in 2 different states: Minnesota and New Mexico and the 2 locations I visited in MN didn't hold a candle to these guys! Here they were trying to move me INTO an upgrade for the same price (which I should have taken) that I paid for a sedan class. Very personable, and they make sure you get into your car without too long of a wait. Overall: I'd rent from there again, no doubt!

The staff here are excellent. We ended up here after an accident left our car in the shop. Literally within minutes of the insurance company telling us we'd get a rental, they gave us a call to let us know they had a car ready for us and to give us the details that the insurance company hadn't made clear. They were courteous, professional, and efficient, and our car was in great condition.

Great experience renting with Enterprise. Everything was simple and easy. Brandon was very helpful during pickup and walked us through everything. Devon was very friendly when dropping off and completed his walkthrough quickly so we could be on our way. I'm not surprised that this (along with the airport Enterprise) is the highest-rated car rental service in Santa Fe. In fact, when we arrived at the airport, we overheard someone who had reserved with Hertz finding out that there were no cars available. I feel like we made the right decision coming here, and the prices were competitive as well.

Great place to rent your car. I've been a faithful customer for years. Everyone who's ever represented Enterpise has been friendly and courteous. This time is was Brandon, Devon and Chris. The young girls name I'm not sure of but she was very nice!
