Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Santa Fe

The Assistant Branch Manager, Jessica, was so incredibly nice to me and because of her Id only recommend using this rental car company in Santa Fe. I had an absolutely horrible travel experience flying into Santa Fe but Jessica went out of her way to help update my reservation and find my business account when we didn't know if that was possible. She seriously helped save me a huge headache with my work. Thanks, Jessica! I look forward to renting again from this Enterprise in the future.

Staff were very pleasant. Check in was quick (probably because we were first in line after getting off the shuttle). However there is no shuttle service. available before 8 am so there is extra expense to hire a driver to get back to airport for early flight. Also estimate for rental did not include the extra New Mexico fees/taxes. We're ended up paying over $70 extra. Not happy with unexpected costs.

very very slow service here. the team was nice enough, but had no care for others' time. this is the airport's off-site location, so they have a shuttle to get you to the airport. i was told the shuttle would be a 10ish minute wait, and waited for 35-40 minutes with no shuttle arrival. had to call a lyft to get to the airport. also waited for 15 minutes before speaking with anyone to simply return the rental. when in santa fe, won't use enterprise.

Best car rental overall, but certainly in Santa Fe. Everybody is very nice and professional. However, Jessica went out of her way to get me the car I wanted and needed for my long trip. Absolutely best customer service.

Once staff set up my rental, things went very smooth! Having the rental for over 30 days was a no-worry experience. The Toyota Tacoma was fun, clean, and economical! Great job guys!

From the moment we walked in, the manager, John went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. John was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was how attentive and helpful John was--he didn't just hand us the keys and send us on our way. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure the vehicle was perfect for our needs. You could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their experience, which made all the difference. Jessica was also so attentive and prompt to answer the phone. She also did everything in her control to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our car. Thanks to both of these amazing people!

Because of a consistently excellent all-around experience, I choose to use Enterprise for my monthly car rental. At the top of this excellent experience is the routine outstanding customer service. The latest Enterprise location that I have utilized on Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe, NM continues with the sincere friendliness, thoughtfulness and competence that keeps me a repetitive customer. I am most grateful for the ease Enterprise brings to this fraught way of life.

The customer service here is excellent. I got into an accident over Labor Day weekend, and I was left without a car. This is one of the only rental car companies in my area that is open on a sunday. I was able to go in and get a car that day. They were very accommodating and helpful.
