By far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. If you are planning to rent a car from here, do yourself a favor and take a train instead. We waited 30 minutes when we arrived, only to be told that they didn't have a car. They took us in a van to the airport where they said they had a car (20 minute drive) where we stood around in a parking lot for another hour waiting for a car in 90 degree heat. Meanwhile, other customers are being helped and given car... 2 hours into this process and still don't have a car. I'm honestly considering just booking a flight to get out of this personal hell given that I'm now at an airport in the middle of nowhere.

No issue with the car, however, it would have been good to have been given instructions or guidance on how to access the drop off area when returning the vehicle. For those who are returning their rental car at the Granada airport location, there is a white piece of paper taped outside the gate. If you are returning your car rental after hours, you need to call the number on the paper and an individual will open the gate. I spent 10-15 minutes figuring out how to access the parking lot so it would have been nice to been given this information before hand

Arrived ten minutes late for my rental pickup and they had no cars. Spent EUR 60 round trip to and from the city to the airport car rental only to be met with ZERO cars.

Horrible customer service. I got overcharged on my rental and have been fighting the charges over the past 3 weeks. Management team is non existent and impossible to get a hold off. I will never rent again from Enterprise.

If I could give Zero Rating, I would have done it. One of the worst experience ever, even that I'm used to rent with Entreprise. Contrat not delivered with the promise to do it. I called them may be 20 times. They either hang off or don't answer. It's totally non-professionnel.

Before the pandemic they gave me a 40% discount voucher at the Barcelona Sants Station office. It was one of their business cards with the phrase 40% off handwritten and the company seal. Asi lo hice. Hable con el responsable de la oficina, un tal Jose, sin apellidos, quien me dijo de entrada que no me lo podia aplicar, pero me ofrecio un 20% de descuento como si esto fuese una negociacion. Le indique que no era asi, que el descuento era del 40% y que me lo habian dado asi. Se nego a aplicarlo y me dijo que tenia que hablar con su superior. Volvi a telefonear a la central de Reservas, les explique lo sucedido y me facilitaron el telefono de Facturacion de Enterprise. Telefonee a Facturacion de Enterprise y hable con una persona que me dijo que intentaria solucionarlo y que hablaria con los responsables de las oficinas de Granada y Barcelona. Despues de una media docena de e-mails y otras tantas llamadas telefonicas, siempre por mi parte, me ha llegado un whatsapp del aeropuerto de Granada donde se me indica que no me van a aplicar el descuento y que telefonee para que me den las explicaciones de la negativa, con lo cual por escrito no me lo han querido dar. Vuelvo a telefonear al tal Jose, quien me informa que el bono es muy antiguo -aunque no pone caducidad-, que he alquilado coches con Enterprise sin usar ese bono -lo cual es cierto porque les indique desde el principio que de ese bono no me acordaba y que me lo encontre- y que ademas me lo tienen que aplicar en la misma oficina donde me lo dieron -aunque la tarjeta donde esta escrito el bono no pone que sea de Barcelona, cosa que saben porque se lo he dicho yo. Asi que, visto lo visto, he cancelado la reserva y encima he encontrado un coche mas barato en otra empresa. Sinceramente, suena a excusa de mal pagador. No me quieren aplicar el bono por el motivo que sea y punto pelota. Han buscado una excusa, me lo han dicho por telefono, no me lo han dejado indicado por escrito -ni creo que lo hagan- porque suena a tomadura de pelo. Cuando llegue a Barcelona ire a la oficina a ver que me dicen, aunque no creo que ese bono lo pueda aplicar a ningun alquiler vista la politica que ha mostrado Enterprise. My reservation was for a 7-seater car because we are 6 people and according to them they were waiting for the registration of 7-seater cars for the date of my reservation but these vehicles were not registered. Yo fui a alquilar un coche de 7 plazas para ir las 6 personas en el mismo coche y movernos siempre todos en el mismo vehiculo, tambien para ahorrar en gasoil, peajes, parking, . Yo tengo dos coches en mi casa no necesito pagar un dineral para que me den dos coches cutres. Estoy muy cabreada y nunca volvere a alquilar con esta empresa ya que el dia antes del viaje me cambian mis vacaciones a traves de un correo por vender lo que no tienen, con tan poco tiempo que ya no quedaban ese tipo de vehiculos en las empresas cercanas y sin ni siquiera una llamada que ahora son gratis
