Nous avions reserve un vehicule pour une semaine. Suite a un retard de l'avion, nous n'avons pas pu nous presenter le jour convenu mais seulement le lendemain matin. L'agence avait bien notre vehicule mais n'a pas voulu nous le donner du fait de notre retard. Nous n'avions presque pas dormi, avec 3 jeunes enfants. L'agence n'a rien voulu savoir et nous a propose un nouveau contrat de location 3 fois plus cher ! Cette situation est incroyable et je vous invite a fuir cette agence ! Nous avons trouve un autre vehicule, moins cher; et perdu une matinee sur place.
We had reserved a vehicle for a week. Due to a plane delay, we were unable to show up on the agreed day but only the next morning. The agency had our vehicle but did not want to give it to us due to our delay. We had barely slept, with 3 young children. The agency didn't want to know anything and offered us a new rental contract 3 times more expensive! This situation is incredible and I invite you to flee this agency! We found another vehicle, cheaper; and lost a morning there.
Maria Jose at the Budget counter is a true professional and handled both my pickup and drop-off with attentiveness, attention to detail and kindness. 5 stars to her. Budget/Avis: please include a specific note that the counters are opposite the final end of the terminal building. Anyone familiar with rental cars at GRX airport knows that most companies are, in fact, located outside of the terminal space.

They debit my card with EUR36.87 the day I returned the car without any reason and without informing me . I tried to contact them phone . Email no answer until now . I returned the car with full tank and in good condition.
I rented a car from barcelona and went to granada and it was really chill. I gave the car back to the staff. A young woman named marlian was very nice and had good knowledge of the english language. I am very satisfied.
