Horrible location. Car had a check engine light on and a slipping transmission. The lady at the front desk names Rosa said it would be alright to drive the car to Madrid. The entire way the van was slipping gears and caused unnecessary anxiety. Upon returning the car, I haven't received any final receipt in the email and got charged 2341$ on my credit card. Calling Enterprise/Alamo number they tell me I need to speak with this location, however this location never answers the phone. Avoid this location and it's rude staff. I would never rent from them again.

Make sure to check if there's an emergency kit inside when renting the car!! Since there wasn't one in the car at drop off, they charged us 125EUR extra. What a scam.

I rented a car here last November during a trip to Andalusia. The employees here are great. I had some car trouble and ended up stuck on the shoulder of a mountain road. The branch manager Alejandro personally drove a replacement car to me, even though I was more than 90 minutes away and it was already after the rental car agency was closed. He even road home with the tow truck driver so that we could continue on our way to Capilleira. Alejandro really went the extra mile for me and helped me in my time of need. Thanks so much, Alejandro. I would definitely rent from here again.

Brilliant service. Very helpful staff. Quick and courteous. It's slightly off site, but less than a 2 min drive from the airport. Minibus/shuttle picks you up at the exit where the buses are waiting. We had less than a 5 min wait as we were slow getting out of the arrival hall. Esther was especially helpful when we picked up the car and made sure it was suitable for a family of 5 and luggage. No hidden surprises or extras, but I did opt to cover all excesses when I booked it over the internet. No complaints and very happy with the experience. Lovely clean and new Volvo V40 auto - I requested an auto and they had one waiting for me, but if we needed a bigger car they offered it at no extra cost (although manual). Booked a Sat Nav, but if you have roaming data I would suggest using your phone.

Dont reserve. We booked a car and the office closed long before the delivery time. They left us stranded without a car and without being able to travel. When you complain, they tell you that it is not their problem and they dont even give you your money back.

Pas signale car mon mari a l habitude de louer des vehicules et il n y a pas toujours de tablette. Sauf que quand on rend la voiture, et bien on vous reclame la tablette . El alquiler bien, la unica pega que les pongo es que les estuve llamando porque me salto un worning en el coche y no me cogieron el telefono. Abril 22 - Esta empresa como el resto que estan ubicadas en esta zona ofrecen el servicio de recogida y entrega al aeropuerto. Respecto al coche, ninguna pega todo perfecto, me toco un Volvo XC40. Lo que menos me gusto fue que a la devolucion del mismo un empleado me indico que la luna tenia un chinazo a pesar de indicarle que durante mi uso no se habia producido porque me hubiera dado cuenta..
