Class Rent A Car in Santa Eularia des Riu

The office at Santa Eularia is currently closed due to renovation. I booked the car via their website and Laura at Custumer Support did a tremendous job solving the problems with pick-up and drop-off. Prices absolutely competitive

I do not recommend, they are scamming people. I ordered a car for two days, I wanted a cheaper model (106 EUR). The car was supposed to be brought to my hotel at 11:00 in the morning, the driver arrived 20 minutes later. They let me sit and wait in the office, they didn't have the ordered car and offered me another expensive one (174 EUR). Since it was already almost 12:00, I said that I don't want it, besides the order, I won't pay for the car for two days if they only lend it to me for one and a half days. In the end, we agreed that, given the situation, they would lend me the car for the price that was agreed for a cheap car of 106 EUR, we also agreed that I would return the car the next evening (absolutely) at 10.00 pm to the parking lot at the Sirenis Hotel. I paid 106 EUR, I also paid a deposit of 100 EUR, I returned the car in good condition the next day at 10:00 p.m. Subsequently, the rental company took EUR 68 from my account again, they did not respond to my questions and e-mail, nor to the questions of the representative from the travel agency. They claimed that they didn't take anything and cheated me, because they only wrote 10.00 on the contract, but didn't specify morning or evening. If I had to return the car earlier, no one contacted me to ask if everything was okay. This is a very unfair rental company and I do not recommend it to anyone. :( :( Jan Bahorec Czech Republic

Renting procedure was ok but the office in Santa Eulalia is closed! We were not informed - so quite shocked when we arrived there. After some minutes a guy came to pick us up and shuttle to the next office.

Class Rent A Car gave me the best rental car experience I have had ever and in my case, the outstanding experience really came from not getting any (perceivable) service whatsoever: I ordered the car for pick-up at the airport, when I landed I received a text message stating the location of the car, I found the car as promised with my name in the windshield and the keys and parking card where promised, the fuel tank wasn't full but I was only required to bring the car back with the same level of fuel (which was liberating as I didn't have to drive around the airport on the day of departure to fill the tank), and I returned the car by leaving it in the same parking lot (right by the terminal), leaving the keys and parking card in the specified location, and walking away. I never met a person from the airport (although they were very helpful by phone and email when needed) and I didn't spend as much as a second waiting in line. Absolutely. Brilliant.

Beautiful New fiat 500 cabrio and picked it up by oure hotel. The sun was shining and I could not see that the tank was half full. The same evening we went to Ibiza city and see that it was half full. We did not say it Because they werd closed at the moment and the next day we did not want to start a scene. We spoken that we would return the Car at the AirPort of Ibiza but nowhere I could find where to bring the Car. On the AirPort All car rent are on the AirPort except Class rent. In the document you see What to do If you take the Car from the AirPort but not What to do WHEN you bring it. After a call I could leave the car on the private parkplace and leave the key in the Car. They should be clear and say to us What to do by bringing the Car to the AirPort. Now I was driving arround the AirPort and walking Miles Because nothing was clear. Rented a fiat panda via their service. They told us to park the car in a specific place 20 meters next to our hotel (sol beach house hotel) and when we left it 30 minutes with our bags at the back. We got our items stolen. It's as if they knew this was going to happen and never told us anything (as the hotel...). When we called, they weren't helpful at all. And their premium insurance doesn't cover anything but the car itself. Do not rent a car from a company which doesn't take 10 seconds to explain you the risks around your area and also do not rent a car based on it's price. It's very likely thieves will break in easily.

Fantastic way to enjoy Ibiza. The service was very good and the car was new, but the best thing was the airport service, I didn't have to wait or leave the airport! The whole operation was at the airport and very fast and easy. I will contact you again on my next visit.

So disappointed. Left a valuable item in the hire car, realised immediately ,, no one would help or return our calls. Would never use this company again. Hope it was worth it. No stars
