El proceso de reserva fue facil y rapido, y encontre una amplia gama de vehiculos para elegir, todos en muy buenas condiciones. El personal fue muy amable y profesional, explicando claramente todos los terminos del alquiler y asegurandose de que entendiera todo antes de salir con el coche. I had an excellent experience with AutosUnion renting a car during my vacation. The booking process was quick and easy, and I found a wide range of vehicles to choose from, all in very good condition. The staff was very friendly and professional, clearly explaining all the terms of the rental and making sure I understood everything before leaving with the car. The car was clean, well maintained and I had no problems during my trip. Additionally, the return of the vehicle was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I would recommend AutosUnion to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient car rental service. 5/5 stars.

1) The car was very insecure, there was no brake, it was very dangerous. 2) We returned the car without problem, only, more than 6 months later, they debited my account for the amount of EUR 60 in addition to the speeding ticket of EUR 50 which had occurred and which I had paid 6 months previously. I tried to write to them, but they don't want to talk with me. I asked them a copy of the rental agreement mentioning these additional costs, ans they sent me a photocopy with a false signature (it is neither mine nor my friend's). Avoid this company please, they will steal your money!
