We had a great experience with Comauto. The service was quick and easy, we got a very new car with low mileage and had absolutely no issues when the car was returned and our deposit was refunded. Would definitely use again!
Car rented for 4 days, picked up and returned in Best Jacaranda hotel. Car in very good condition, good price, credit card not required, 300 EUR deposit returned without any problems, free parking in the hotel parking lot for the entire rental period. I definitely recommend it.
Perfect. The rental agent was very friendly, the car was in-line with our expectations and the price was very competitive..
The car was rented for 1 day through the hotel where we stayed. Upon receipt, it turned out that the price was higher. A day later the car was picked up almost 2 hours late. The car was in good condition but the service was poor.
We were at Santa Cruz de Tenerife at comauto. The workers told us that a car is available, i told them that i had to bring my drivers license and come back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later the car wasnt there anymore. Other people got the car. Thats not a good service. They couldnt get me an alternative.
Useless rubbish company and if you try to use them be it on your own head. They take reservations and then do not have cars. They lie that they say they have sent e mails when the have not and they are just rude. Avoid like the plague
Great car rental company ! No waiting line at the airport, directly go to the parking where the car is waiting ! No prepayment, full insurance (except tires), free 2nd driver, free child seat, good and clean car, good price, ... I really recommend Comauto compare to other really bad renting companies in Tenerife which just try to keep your money at the end of the rental...
I can only recommend this rental if you want some extra excitment during your holoday. Booked a car with over one month advance, right after landing in Tenerife they told me on the phone to go to meeting point. After some waiting they called me back saying that they cannot deliver a car and my reservation is cancelled. Maybe it was just bad luck, but this is not what I expected after reading so many good reviews.
