Pesimo, alquilamos dos veces dos camiones plancha, estan golpeados por todos lados, la atencion es deplorable, un colega presento su carnet de conducir internacional y la respuesta del tipo fue "Eso que es? No lo vi nunca, no sirve, denme otro carnet" cuando hemos alquilado coches en "EuRopcar, Cicar" entre otros sin ningun tipo de problemas.
Terrible, we rented two flatbed trucks twice, they are beaten everywhere, the service is deplorable, a colleague presented his international driving license and the guy's response was "What is that? I have never seen it, it is useless, give me another license" when we have rented cars from "EuRopcar, Cicar" among others without any problems.
Todo fue bien,el furgon era lo que necesitaba,la atencion fue buena y el precio justo.Aconsejo esta empresa.

Mal educado y ladron este senor. No se como esta para dar de cara al publico. Nefasta la experiencia y ya van dos veces, esta ultima no me quedaba de otra pero ahora recuerdo porque deje de trabajar con ellos. Horrible. Con dos Malisimas experiencias ya aprendi a no volver a contactar con esta gente que parecen ogros!

Son mal educados, ineptos y encima ladrones. Solicitamos una factura bien hecha con los datos correctos ya que nos pusieron mal los datos y se niegan hacerla ademas de que nos dieron un vehiculo en reserva de gasolina y se le entrego el vehiculo en el mismo estado que lo recibimos de hecho con fotos y ensenando el ticket de gasolina que le pusimos para dejarlo igual y aun asi nos dice que no y nos roban 20EUR por gasolina. La culpa es nuestra porque a pesar de su mala educacion desde un principio para solicitar informacion decidimos realizar el alquiler con estos impresentables.

Alquile una Mercedes sprinter. Todo fue perfecto, una empresa seria y cumplidora con la fianza y las condiciones del vehiculo. Repetiria sin duda.

pesima experiencia y pesima eleccion por mi parte, muy mal trato por parte del "senor" Victor , no solo tienen vehiculos los cuales seria de reconsiderar actualizar su flota si no que, parece ser, que les da lo mismo el estado en el que los ofrecen a los clientes, escatiman en gastos para que los vehiculos puedan estar bien y en condiciones , creen que uno es tonto y no entiende de vehiculos y encima contestan de mala forma cuando les explicas el problema del vehiculo y la demora en darte soluciones.. Definitivamente para no repetir.. con gente asi las empresas se van a pique 2. Le puedo asegurar que con respecto a la empresa no existe ninguna confusion y en cuanto al nombre, fue el que nos facilitaron aunque visto lo visto, no nos extrana que ahora no "exista" tal persona.

La verdad cuando tuve un problema. Para alquilar un Furgon .. hable con ellos y sobre la marcha resolvieron el problema ... el personal que tiene muy bueno ... pero hay que decir que la flota poco a poco deben ir renovando ...
