Have a good day everyone and have a nice holiday in Tenerife. We decided to make my daughter happy and rent a FORD MUSTANG CABRIO (she likes them) for the vacation. That's exactly what Favorit Car had. I saw that the reviews about the company were high and decided to take it. No one was waiting for us upon arrival at the place indicated on Google Maps. I also did not receive the instructions for receiving the car. After I wrote to the manager that I was there, they replied that "wait for the driver to come and send you the location." It turned out to be at the other end of the parking lot and after some time... From afar, the car looks very impressive and beautiful, the child was delighted, but... After walking around the car and seeing the flaws, I realized that this Mustang is from the USA after a serious accident (photo and video attached). But it's no big deal if the car is technically well-repaired. After starting the engine, the "tire pressure sensor" immediately lit up on the instrument panel. I immediately call the driver Pavel and ask him about this problem, to which he answers me - it's nothing to worry about, you can drive . And we went. After driving to the highway, I realized that something was wrong with the suspension of the car, because at a speed of 100 km it is difficult to keep the car in its lane, it sways from side to side. Day two. The child is just as satisfied))), because she is not behind the wheel. We went to another city to a shopping center and the car started jerking when picking up speed, so I thought the Mustang was dying. But no, he is alive. We got home and I immediately wrote about it to the manager and asked for a replacement car. I chose the VW TROC Cabrio from those offered. I am completely satisfied with this car, the car is almost new, clean and most importantly in GOOD TECHNICAL CONDITION. But this is a car from another company "Plus Car". Car return. I have to return the car by 5:00 p.m. I arrived a little earlier and wrote about it to the manager, after which I waited for the return of the deposit until 5:35 p.m., at which time I was supposed to board the plane. I was waiting for the return of the deposit because the driver Pavel, who handed over the Mustang to me, was without a terminal and said that it was better in cash, which was a little strange for me, but good and I already wanted to rest. All this "satisfaction" cost me EUR1,638 + EUR600 deposit in 9 days. After replacing a NOT VERY high-quality car with a MUCH cheaper but high-quality one, no one offered me a refund for the difference in price! That's why renting a VW T-ROC from "Favorite car" for 7 days cost me 1274EUR!!!! This is FOUR TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE than taking this car DIRECTLY to Plus Car (where they got it from). The rating of 4.8* is a little overstated in my opinion. Service - Communication with the client - Auto as you understand - And in general, Tenerife is a cool island! Everyone have a good rest!!!

I rented 2 cars at the airport (Mercedes GLE Audi q8) for a weekend trip to Teide. Both cars were in excellent condition and full of fuel. The best service I have seen abroad and responsive and polite. I received all the information to feel comfortable on the road and in the car. Everything is fast and clear. I had a rest for the first time in Tenerife. We rented a car from Favorit car.. We picked up the car at the airport.. Everything was clear and without problems, as agreed!!! The car is clean, with low mileage. I liked everything. Highly recommend).
