Just your normal rent-a-car service. We rented a Peugeot 2008 or similar, we received a Volkswagen t-cross (a bit of a smaller version), which was not ideal for us. Nothing specific as benefits, maybe just the fact that we received the "second driver" with no additional cost. I would recommend them for reasonably priced rental cars and decent-to-good service.

I chose EUROPCAR as it was the only option as there were no others available, but I will not use them again. They required a 100 euro card payment as a deposit, and I couldn't understand why they had to deduct 37.82 euros of the 100 euro deposit for less than 5 litres of petrol we used in half a day. And when we returned the car, the person in front of us took so long that we almost missed our flight because of the wait.

Very easy return of the vehicle outside of the opening hours. We returned the car at 5AM, dropped off the keys in the night mailbox and had the statement of return by 8AM. That was professional.

I had the impression the lady at the counter wanted to mislead us. She told us that we have a small Fiat 500 and that she would recommend an upgrade to something a bit bigger at 15EUR a day. I was suspicious and it turned out they had not have a Fiat anyway and we received a Renault clio without paying anything extra. I dislike these kind of trickery of car rental companies. Take lots of pictures of the car before you leave! Otherwise they will make you pay for existing damage. I expect the worst and always protect myself.

Be careful with Europcar. If the plane is delayed more than 10:00 p.m. (as happened in my case) they charge you 60 after hour. They notified me hours before the flight and I could not carry out any management, I came to know about this type of extra cost and contracted another rental company that would give me better service and better attention. I will not rent with Europcar again.

The offices and vehicle collection area have changed. Before everything was in the same airport and now you have to travel outside. It is a shame that they do not inform these things when making the reservation. You have a van that picks you up at a meeting point outside the airport, which I found by chance because it is not reported anywhere, and they take you to where the vehicles are. Once you make the return, they take you to the airport departure terminal. Yes, they are very kind and attentive.

Es una pena que no informen de estas cosas al realizar la reserva. Tienes una furgoneta que te recoge en un punto de encuentro fuera del aeropuerto, con el que di de casualidad porque no se informa de ello en ningun sitio, y te llevan hasta donde se encuentran los vehiculos. Una vez que haces la devolucion te llevan hasta la terminal de salida del aeropuerto. Eso si, son muy amables y atentos.

Be careful when returning - dont follow Rentel Car Return Rental car pickup and return is outside the airport premises! (I only found out on the website and from the last reviews.) It wasnt on the voucher Fast, uncomplicated returns and Friendly shuttle bus to the airport every few minutes and takes about 5 minutes.

I rent a vehicle with a prepaid reservation, for 65.95 I deliver the car with a full tank, as they asked me at the office. And they make me an EXTRAORDINARY charge of 46.47 IT IS more than 70% of the total price of the vehicle rental. When collecting the vehicle, the staff put pressure on us to sell us insurance, telling us that the slightest impact, even a little scratch, would cost us 1200 euros. More than a month after returning the vehicle, we were contacted to tell us that the antenna was missing and that we were therefore billed 200 euros. After checking the videos taken before and after, the antenna was already missing. In addition, we suspect trafficking in duplicate keys because we had all our cash robbed in our bags without any signs of break-in on a watchtower. Known scam in the sector. Conclusion, run away or take videos and keep them for several months after the trip.

What a surprise to see a transfer of -200 euros to my account because of this agency! Abusive practices to take out insurance which costs twice the rental price (under penalty of having to pay 120p euros for the smallest bill), invoicing 1 month later for more than 200 euros for an antenna which was not even present when picking up the vehicle. No effort to explain rental or return. Run away if you dont want to be taken for stupid tourists
