Rented a car from here last week for the day. I was super sceptical due to the reviews, but am pleased to report that the guys in the office were great. The cars excellent, with a good choice and simple pricing. I'm not a fan of their EUR300 deposit, but understand why they take it and also the terms of it- read some of the 1 reviews and you'll understand why they didn't get their deposits back. All in all, great service. Nice and new cars which were super clean and no worries re returning etc and using key drop off. Also worth noting, I just popped in on the morning and hadn't pre-booked a car, which wasn't a problem at all. Will use again when in Tenerife

Never again. We made a reservation online and had to wait one hour to get the car. Especially when you're on a cruise and only have limited time, this is really bad. The three guys couldn't handle 2 customers at the same time and for other custormers they even had to clean the cars while the customers where waiting. I've seen a lot of different car rentals and this was definetely the worst. The car we finally had was clean but also the worst on the whole trip. Although we did not choose the smalles class, it had almost no power to climb up the hills on Teneriffa...

Service is terrible. I had accident with the car - someone damage the car on the parking, after this company charged from me 600 euro. I call to them by 679455054, and ask about Insurance. First time worker long time don't want to listen me, but finally said that he tried to make request to insurance company. After this, 3 days in a row he don't answer me. And today has block my number. If you wanna lose your money, and don't get any help you are welcome to try this company. But I highly recommend against it.

We arrived in Santa Cruz with QElisabeth/ Cunard and rent a car from Comauto - pick up was easy, fast and the small office is conveniently close by from the cruise pier. We need to pay a special thank you to the man who rented us the car on 8.11 as he drove us to the pier when we were very late and in danger of missing the ship! Sorry we didn't have time to ask about your name, we were in such a hurry:)

The booking process one day before rental was very good. no problem to choose a car and the pickup process was easy and fast. My decision for only 3 stars is the fuel: you get your car with any fuel level and you have to bring it back with the same fuel level. No chance to reache the same level.

Super good value for money, we rented an Aircross C4 for 20EUR/day and returned in another port, in los cristianos. Deposit was returned 5mins after giving the car. Very happy with the car and the staff. You can choose any car for the same price!

I rented the car for two days and everything was fine. The staff is correct but I didnt find them overly professional either. The good thing is that they rent your car quickly. They have different classes depending on what you are willing to pay. They ask for a 300 euro deposit in case of incidents (destroys and scratches, so be careful when driving the car). I returned it as it was and they returned the 300 euros without any problem. I read that there have been people who have had problems but in my case everything went well. Of course, for me it is expensive, 150 euros for two days by car. In short, a correct deal.

Tienen diversas clases segun lo que estes dispuesto a pagar. Te piden 300 euros de fianza en caso de incidencias (destrozos y rayones, por lo que ten cuidado cuando conduzcas el coche). En fin, un trato correcto.

I can only advise against this car rental company. We reserved a car and the amount to be paid was deducted immediately. We never received a confirmation email for the booking, as described on the homepage. Even when I asked via email, there was no response.

Very bad service from the person who runs this branch. We rented a car with comprehensive insurance where, according to the contract, we were not charged a deposit. I charged the driver 300 as a deposit which, when she had a small incident (the car did not stop on a hill and collided with those behind her), they took it out of her account. When I contact him he does not answer the phone and when after calling several times I manage to contact him, he delays me saying that the insurance company has given him some photos showing damage to the car we rented that did not exist when we left it, we are missing the sheet where he specifies the type of contract that he never gave us and passes the brown to colleagues at Comauto who have no idea about the situation and says that the insurance people have taken all the papers, talk to them, I I cant help you. To make matters worse, according to company policy, you cannot rent a car if you have less than 1 year of driving license, and the only one who drives has 7 months. We feel taken, people like that should not be allowed to work, leaving the company in a bad place and making the clients look bad.

Le cobro a la conductora 300 de fianza que, al tener un pequeno incidente (el coche no freno en una cuesta y choco con los de atras) le quitaron de su cuenta. Al contactar con el no contesta al telefono y cuando despues de llamar varias veces consigo contactar, me da largas diciendo que los del seguro le han pasado unas fotos donde se ven danos en el coche que alquilamos que no existian al dejarlo, nos falta la hoja donde especifica el tipo de contrato que en ningun momento nos dio y le pasa el marron a companeros de Comauto que no tienen ni idea de la situacion y dice que los del seguro se han llevado todos los papeles, hablad con ellos, yo no os puedo ayudar . Para colmo segun la politica de la empresa, no se puede alquilar coche teniendo menos de 1 ano de carnet, y la unica que conduce tiene 7 meses. Nos sentimos tomadas, personas asi no deberian dejarlas trabajar dejando en mal lugar a la empresa y quedando asi de mal con los/las clientes.

Para futuras personas que quieran alquilar un coche en la sucursal de terminal de cruceros de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, en nuestro caso nos han cobrado 300 de deposito que deberian de haber devuelto en el momento que nosotras devolvimos el vehiculo y a causa de un pequeno incidente, en el cual el coche no tiene ningun dano en el chasis, no nos lo quieren devolver.

Good morning We rented a car for 7 days from November 1st to November 7th!! On the one hand you dont really have a choice of model.. the car was OK but 2 nice scratches on the passenger door that we noted and noted!! Et donc constat etc Nous sommes alles direct au bureau de location avertir .. donner le constat .. l agent de police y etait .. ils sont remis d aplomb le pare choc et nous sommes repartis !! Ils nous ont dit rien de grave .. il y a des cameras a ce carrefour ( c est archi faux ).. nous avons ramene la voiture le mercredi 7 .. et le samedi etait preleve les 300 euros ce qui n avait pas lieu d etre car l accident etait couvert par l assurance ! Mais ils en ont profite !! Donc ne pas leur faire confiance .. vous avez cica car juste a cote .. avec un super choix Etc ( il n avait plus de dispo pour nous ) Donc nous sommes tres mecontents car en plus ils n ont meme pas repondu a mon mail ( en espagnol ) l eut demandant une explication
