Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Archipielago renting ha sido muy decepcionante. Hace casi cinco anos firme un contrato para un vehiculo con la intencion de quedarmelo para mi hijo y, desde el principio, se me prometio un de precio aproximado de recompra. Sin embargo, a lo largo de este tiempo, he solicitado en multiples ocasiones que me proporcionen por escrito ese precio acordado y nunca he recibido respuesta. Recientemente, cuando finalmente intente hacer uso de esa opcion de recompra una vez finalizado los 4 anos de contrato (mas 10 meses por esperando dicho precio de recompra), me informaron que el precio habia aumentado en un 80% debido al incremento del valor del mercado de segunda mano. Este cambio inesperado no solo es frustrante, sino que tambien contradice lo que se me habia comunicado inicialmente. Si hubiera sabido que los terminos podian variar asi, jamas habria utilizado esta herramienta financiera. La falta de comunicacion clara y el incumplimiento del compromiso verbal han llevado a una perdida total de confianza en la empresa. Es una lastima, ya que podria haber seguido siendo un cliente leal a largo plazo. Recomiendo a futuros interesados tener mucho cuidado y asegurarse de obtener todo por escrito antes de comprometerse. Mi experiencia ha sido negativa y espero que otros no tengan que pasar por lo mismo

Almost five years ago I signed a contract for a vehicle with the intention of keeping it for my son and, from the beginning, I was promised an approximate buy-back price. However, throughout this time, I have requested on multiple occasions that they provide me with that agreed price in writing and have never received a response. Recently, when I finally tried to use that buyback option after the 4-year contract was up (plus 10 months waiting for the buyback price), I was informed that the price had increased by 80% due to the increase in market value. second hand. This unexpected change is not only frustrating, but also contradicts what was initially communicated to me. If I had known that the terms could vary like this, I would never have used this financial tool. Lack of clear communication and non-compliance with verbal commitment has led to a complete loss of trust in the company. It's a shame as I could have remained a loyal long-term customer. I recommend future interested parties be very careful and make sure they get everything in writing before committing. My experience has been negative and I hope others do not have to go through the same thing.

Nunca recuerdo el nombre del chico que me ha atendido siempre pero creo que es Argentino. Su trato es excelente y los vehiculos que siempre me han dado son muy buenos y nuevos. Puedes pagar la fianza con tarjeta de debito y eso siempre se agradece ya que algunos mortales no tenemos la suerte de tener tarjeta de credito.
I never remember the name of the boy who has always served me but I think he is Argentine. Their treatment is excellent and the vehicles they have always given me are very good and new.
