TopCar (La Palma Airport) in Santa Cruz de La Palma

Everything went perfect. The car was in good condition and it was the car we ordered online. The deposit we paid on collection of the car, was returned to us in 2 days after returning the car. So that was very good as well. Note that the queue at the airport can take some time. But don't hurry too much when you're on the island of La Palma.

Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. The poor employee on the phone tried her best but the manager was really inpolite, completely unflexible and not willing to help at all. After two minutes she just hung up the phone on me...... I work in customer service myself and I would give them minus stars if possible. Don't book with them, you are lost if you have a problem. There are way better car rental services just next door!!

Friendly staff, cars in good condition, great value, was upgraded to a higher class as the booked car was not available. As mentioned in other reviews, had to wait a bit longer to pick the car up as the counter was understaffed, they had only 2 pax to attend over 30-35 clients, but they did their best.

Very good SUV's. We got the second time an upgrade. Staff is not trying to sell you additional insurances. Very friendly staff. Our favourite for the canarian islands!

This company is possibly running a deposit scam. They took out part of my deposit saying I returned the car late even though I didn't. Please beware and use caution if you're going to use their drop off window to return car keys. I dropped off the keys before 11:30 and they said they didn't count the keys until after 12:00. (I was on a bus so how is it possible that I returned the keys after that time?)It seems they will collect the keys at whatever time they feel like and clock it in at that time so even if you drop them off early, it will be counted as late. I've had back and forth emails and calls with TopCar to try to resolve this and haven't gotten anywhere. I asked if they could pull up video footage to prove I was there at the drop off window on time and they've ignored that request. If you drop off any keys to TopCar, I would highly suggest taking a photo of yourself at the window and that will at least prove you were there. I'm extremely disappointed that this happened because our pickup experience was so pleasant and this is the complete opposite.

Had a wonderful experience. My boyfriend originally put down some wrong data and with just one email that was fixed immediately. The lady providing information and handing us the car keys was really kind. The car itself was clean, looked as new and drove great. The return went smoothly and the day after we returned the car I got the extra money back. I don't have a single bad word to say about them. Highly recommend :)

Our flight was running late. The office was contactable by phone and they said they would wait an extra hour (I was happy to pay surcharge if required). Office is right where you collect bags so you can get keys while waiting for luggage. Service was great, car was new, clean and the pick up and drop off was really easy. Just return it with same amount of fuel as pick up. Would definitely recommend.
