We rented a car for a trip to La Palma and were completely satisfied. The communication with the stuff was friendly, easy and we quickly got all information required. The car was in good condition and easy to drive. The renting process and giving back the car is easy and customer friendly. And also the price for the cars are really good and fair! We used Plus Car on La Palma. They were very helpfull at the office and on line, and good service. Everything (insurance) included, and no extra payment for an extra driver. Also, pickup at the harbour and drop off at the airport (or visa versa) was no problem and at no extra cost. We will use them again next time!!!

Very good. Good car at a very competitive price. Much cheaper than CiCar for the week and much cheaper than anything on offer in Tenerife. Even although the ferry from Tenerife gets in late at night, there was still a staff member present to complete the rental agreement at the PlusCar office at the port. They will let you return it there ot the airport when you leave. Customer friendly and flexible. When I return to La Isla Bonita-which I will-then I'll definitely use PlusCar again.

ALERT, SCAMMERS! We booked a car with a baby seat in La Palma. When the plane arrives, we have just finished collecting the luggage and they call us in a hurry to go to the parking lot to pick up the car. They give us 5 minutes even though the plane has just landed. Once at the PlusCar counter, poor and rushed service. They tell us that the seat is for babies from 9kg, information that does not appear anywhere, even though the girl claims that it appears on the website (I have checked it carefully several times and it is not like that). Furthermore, they tell us that we have to assemble it ourselves, without providing any instruction document, they limit themselves to telling us to look at some very basic instructions with drawings, engraved on the seat itself. To finish marinating it, it gives us 15 minutes to assemble it since the ticket to leave the parking lot expires. It looks like a contest. The chair is in poor condition, with a supposed clip that secures the belt that does not work, the girl has no idea how to install it, she gives contradictory instructions. We are talking about the safety of a baby... Regrettable. For similar prices there are much more serious companies.

Ademas, nos dice que tenemos que montarla nosotros, sin facilitar ningun documento de instrucciones, se limitan a indicarnos que miremos unas indicaciones muy basicas con dibujos, grabada en la propia sillita. Para acabarlo de adobar, nos da 15 minutos para montarla ya que el ticket para salir del parking expira. Parece un concurso. La silla esta en mal estado, con una supuesta pinza que asegura el cinturon que no funciona, la chica no tiene ni idea de como se instala, da indicaciones contradictorias. Estamos hablando de la seguridad de un bebe... Lamentable. Por precios similares hay companias mucho mas serias

I have traveled alone to La Palma and it is a shame that the only thing that has made me feel unsafe was the rental car. A DACIA SANDERO from 2019 and almost 90,000 kms that I dont think is in a condition to rent. The radio screen only worked first thing in the morning and as it warmed up it turned off with everything that entails (you cant connect the phone to Bluetooth either to listen to music or to talk). Apart from that, I got the engine failure warning on the fifth day and they told me that it was already there, when it is not true, they delivered it to me without any warning. Of course, having this light on affected my trip, although in the end it didnt cause any problems. I will not repeat with this company and will not recommend it in any case.

Uncomplicated reservation by email. 2 days before, Pluscar checked the ships arrival details again via Whatsapp. Collection only took 5 minutes (but we were the first ones). Car as ordered. It was clean and only had a good 7000km on it. Return by inserting a key. I think it would be better to just refuel half full and return half full. There are no gas stations, especially in the north. So its better to refuel now.

Rental car booked or it says reserved here. There were all vehicle classes to choose from and they still exist today. A reservation confirmation should be received via email. Waited a long time, nothing came... Then hours later I wanted to book the flight, then the cancellation came that no vehicle was available in the desired period, even though all vehicles were still offered. Surely you can communicate that on the homepage? Its a shame and it would have been extremely annoying if you had been there and had to rely on the car and no replacement vehicle could be booked with another car rental company due to the current tense rental car situation. I simply lack the secure, timely commitment and understanding that bookings are permitted here, knowing full well that the entire vehicle fleet is already rented. At least the answer came within 24 hours. Otherwise I cant report anything about the vehicles and service, as no bookings were made.

Sehr schade und es ware um ein Haar sehr argerlich gewesen, wenn man dann vor Ort gewesen ware und auf das Auto angewiesen ist und kein Ersatzfahrzeug bei einer anderen Autovermietung mehr gebucht werden kann, aufgrund der derzeitig angespannten Mietwagensituation. Mir fehlt hier einfach die sichere, zeitnahe Zusage und das Verstandnis dafur , dass hier Buchungen zugelassen werden, wohl wissend, dass die gesamte Fahrzeugflotte bereits vermietet ist. Immerhin kam die Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Ansonsten kann ich nichts zu Fahrzeugen und Service berichten, da es ja zu keiner Buchung kam.
