First we got a car that was crashed from one side. We asked for a better one. They gave us another, which had engine failure in the mountains. Couldn't reach anybody at the port office on phone to ask help. Finally we got help from local emergency. Called the airport office they came with a replacement car within an hour. Luckily we had the engine problem at the entrance of a national park! We had to pay 86 for two days plus fuel and no apology or price reduction.

I needed a car for 1 day last-minute. Was expecting to get ripped off everywhere, but this rental is great!! Cheap, no hassle, complete insurance. They also have Fiat Spiders if you want to race around the island (and you will want to). Would totally use them again.

This is the fourth time we have rented a car from CICAR and the first time I walked around the car with my cell phone camera to document every little dent/scratch as evidence . You dont need to, everything is so relaxed! The cars have scratches and dents! You get the keys and the location of the car at the counter in the airport building and you hand over the car again. You place it in a free parking space, note the KM status and the parking space and hand in the bag with the registered KM status, car key and parking space number at the counter in the airport building. Totally simple and everything was absolutely uncomplicated, weve never had a problem and if we need a car, well definitely book through CICAR!!!

Wir haben nun schon zum 4. Mal bei CICAR ein Auto gemietet und beim 1. Mal bin ich noch mit der Handykamera ums Auto gegangen um auch ja jede kleinste Beule/Kratzer als Beweis zu dokumentieren. Braucht man nicht, alles ist so entspannt! Die Autos haben Kratzer und Beulen! Man bekommt die Schlussel und den Standort des Autos am Schalter im Flughafengebaude und man gibt das Auto so auch wieder ab. Man stellt es auf einen freien Parkplatz, notiert den KM Stand und den Parkplatz und gibt am Schalter im Flughafengebaude die Tute mit dem eingetragenen KM Stand, Autoschlussel und der Parkplatznummer ab. Total einfach und alles absolut unkompliziert, wir hatten noch nie ein Problem und wenn wir ein Auto brauchen, dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall uber CICAR!!!
