Friendly staff, decent choice of vehicles, good prices. Staff are multi-lingual so easy to speak with and understand.
Did not start well. Did not end well. I would not use them again. We had booked a car the previous day for 9.30am. An employee from Turbo arrived at our hotel in the morning and took me to where the rental premises was. There I was told the car would be 15 minutes. It later transpired that the car was in fact in another town entirely. It was around 1 hr 20 mins before I left with the car. During this time others came and went with their cars. When I asked if there was another car I could have (there were many there) I was simply told no with no explanation. When the car was finally ready I was asked to sign a document which did not detail any of the existing (and significant) damage to the car, so I took all my own photos. The car itself was fine. The only issue was the phone link for satnav was intermittent and stopped working entirely towards the end of the rental. No phone mount was provided so this made navigation difficult when driving alone. The morning I was due to return the car, I drove 20 mins to the nearest station (San Josep) to fill up fuel. They had none left. The next station on the map was a further 15 minutes away, traffic was bad, and I was beginning to run late, so I decided to return with car and hope they they would be lenient given what has occured on collection. How wrong I was. They said I could either pay 18 euros (x5 the fuel price) or drive to San Antoni to fill up myself. By this point the satnav had stopped working completely so I did not feel confident doing this alone. I explained that I hoped they would take into consideration the delay I'd had on collection and the fact I had attempted to fill up. He said he did not know anything about that situation, and when I gestured towards to the lady who did know (sitting right next to him) she declined to make eye contact, got up and walked away. A disappointing service overall. Next time I'd use Class Rentals around the corner.
Incredibly slow on both initial collection and subsequent drop off. Lots of staff floating around but only 1 on the desk. Car was decent and would use again, but be cautious if you're in a rush.
everything was great the lady in the shop is very friendly the car was fine , clean, ready, refueled there was no problem with the child in the car experience very positive
Hired a mid range car for 4 days with full insurance for under EUR170, it was EUR100 cheaper booking online, 24hrs before. The staff were friendly and came across honest and helpful. Would recommend and use again.
Cala Tarida branch - great selection of scooters. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Popular place so always a queue. Dropping off keys meant queuing again which was a pain.
Had a great experience from start to finish with these guys. Very straightforward and upfront with no hidden costs or last-minute sales tactics for extras. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again. Staff were also lovely to deal with and genuinely just wanted to make sure that you had a great time on the island and more than happy to share their local knowledge and experience if you wanted to know places to go. 10/10.
Good overall, original moped was faulty but they exchanged and upgraded so was happy by the time I left. Just delayed it a little. Would use again.
