Got the car collected from T11, the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful, I had reserved the car from T1, but there is at least 4 Turbo offices on the same street and he said he'd get it brought along from T1 to T11. and I could drop it off back at T11, closer to our hotel than T1. Car was clean and pretty new, good price and brilliant service. I'd use them again for a hore car if I need one whilst on holiday.

I rented a car for 3 days. A very nice and friendly man welcomed me. I got a brand new car, everything was perfectly clean, like straight from the car wash. The vehicle drove very well on the road and thanks to the hybrid/petrol I was able to drive up the mountains very well. I really enjoyed driving and exploring Ibiza. Everything was explained very nicely and even told me if I wasnt able to return the car by 7 p.m. that evening, I could return it free of charge the next day. Repayment of the deposit also worked wonderfully, the money was returned the next day. I would like to give it 5 stars.

Ich habe ein Auto fur 3 Tage gemietet. Mich hat ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mann empfangen. Ich habe nagelneues Auto bekommen, alles einwandfrei sauber wie direkt vom Waschanlage. Das Fahrzeug fuhr sehr gut auf der Strasse und dank Hybrid/Benzin ich konnte sehr gut die Berge hoch fahren. Mir hat das fahren richtig Spass gemacht die Ibiza zu erkunden. Alles sehr nett aufgeklart und sogar mir sagte wenn ich am den Abend bis 19Uhr nicht schaffen werde das Auto abzugeben kann ich gerne kostenfrei am nachsten Tag abgeben. Ruckzahlung der Kaution hat auch wunderbar geklappt, das Geld war am nachsten Tag zuruck gebucht. Ich wurde gerne 5 Sterne vergeben.

Wir haben spontan einen Wagen fur einen Tag uber das Internet gebucht. Das Auto war von innen gereinigt und fuhr sich gut und sicher. Abwicklung war super schnell, Personal war freundlich und die Kaution war schnell wieder auf dem Konto. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Mein Tipp: schliesst die Vollkasko fur 12 Euro ab. So sind alle Karosserieschaden abgedeckt.

Dont rent cars here, theyll try everything to keep the 200 deposit. I rented a Fiat Panda and when it was time to deliver the car I discovered that the plastic was missing from the bumper. At first they told me to wait because they had to call the mechanic to find out how much I had to pay (the contract says that I have insurance against all risks except damage to bearings, wheels, loss of keys, clutch and seats). I dont know if they stole the piece or something. After showing that he was dissatisfied, and the mechanic hadnt arrived yet, the man who was working there said he would do it for 80. I continued to show dissatisfaction and after saying that all-risk insurance covered this situation, the man lowered the price and said I only had to pay 50. In order not to waste any more of my vacation time, I accepted and they only gave me 150 back on my card (which I havent received yet). Even so, my lawyer will write a letter with the complaint because they cannot continue to deceive people by selling all-risk insurance and then constantly keep the deposit.

Continuei a mostrar descontentamento e apos dizer que o seguro contra todos os riscos cobria esta situacao, o senhor baixou o preco e disse que so tinha de pagar 50 . Para nao estar a perder mais o meu tempo de ferias aceitei e so me devolveram 150 no cartao ( que ainda nao recebi ). Mesmo assim o meu advogado ira fazer uma carta com a reclamacao porque eles nao podem continuar a enganar as pessoas vendendo seguros contra todos os riscos e depois ficarem constantemente com a caucao.
