Decided to give up my little island car a rest & grab a jeep to go to the monument of the air crash and sa Talia + es vedra . (Tourist stuff)which you definitely need for those roads . Had a breakfast and popped into turbo and was met by a happy and very friendly Tommy . Service was great and everything sorted fast . The jeep arrived which unfortunately wasn't the best which is why only 4 stars . If I was a guy in my twenties it wouldn't of bothered but to be honest it was a bit rough . The jeep did the job and on return no tom & got someone how was not the best in helping (maybe wanted to go home) but finally parked up .. I recommend going when Tom is in ...

Was charged extra because the options were limited and they had 2 bikes to choose of which were in horrible conditikn, the bike was full of dirt and when asked for it to be cleaned the staff wasn't friendly at all. Wiped a bit the seat and that's all.

Great selection of vehicles and easy to just get driving. We hired a quad and a car (two seperate days (full day rentals)) without hazzle. A. Turbo is also "everywhere" on the mayor cities so if you would like to hire a bike/car in one place and drop it of at another, it's doable (at least it was for us). Do note, even if you see A. Turbo in a small location they will fetch the car for you from another storage. Don't get fooled by the size of the office. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Next time on Ibiza we'll use the company again!

A disaster. I rented a car with full insurance for two days and when I returned it they charged me 50 euros for a mineral water stain, saying it was salt water. I dont recommend it at all.

Negative experience for the service received during the booking phase, made directly at the rental desk, complete with advance payment in cash: agreed with the operator (which obviously, contrary to what was guaranteed, not only was not available on the day of collection found present, but did not even leave any indication in this regard) a car model which was not respected at the time of collection. Fatal. We arrived and they did not give us the motorcycle we had requested (125cc typhoon). They give us a scooter with hardly any gasoline (in reserve). They tell us that for 70 they give us a higher category (Piaggio medley). We declined the offer since we wanted to try the scooter and they told us that if we wanted to change during the days of our stay, it was available. That same afternoon, I go to change it and they charge me 185 saying that it is the price paid at that time in the store. They gave me the Piaggio Medley motorcycle in reserve again and I returned the vespa with half a deposit. On the last day, I return the motorcycle 2 hours early since we were leaving early and the motorcycle was in reserve. Mr. wants to charge me 20 because he says there is no deposit but in the end he only charged me 10 because the gas was very low. We went in 2018 and had no problems with this same company (in that case in San Antonio) but this year has been pathetic. We had the house reservation and with the trust of the company, however, we will not hire again. 315 euros in total for a 125cc for 5 days + 10 expensive gasoline.

Me dan la moto piaggio medley en reserva de nuevo y yo devolvi la vespa con medio deposito. El ultimo dia, devuelvo la moto 2 horas antes puesto que nos ibamos antes y la moto en reserva. El Sr. Me quiere cobrar 20 porque dice que no hay deposito pero que finalmente unicamente me cobraba 10 porque la gasolina estaba muy baja. Fuimos en 2018 y no tuvimos problemas con esta misma empresa ( en ese caso en San Antonio) pero este ano ha sido patetico. Llevabamos la reserva de casa y con la confianza de la empresa, no obstante, no volveremos a contratar. 315 euros en total por una 125cc por 5 dias + 10 de gasolina por la cara.

Reservation made online for a car on the T2 site which was 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Once the reservation is paid (and cannot be canceled) we receive an e-mail indicating that T2 is not open and that it will be at T11, therefore 20 minutes on foot Reception of the car about on time, no turning of the car is quite surprising and the big downside is the level of fuel in reserve... forced to find a gas station before starting our day. Apart from that, the journey is quite smooth and efficient. Slightly high price.

When we rented the motorcycle everything was fine. They immediately gave us the contract and we left with the motorcycle (scratched and dirty and the last one they had) and with less than half a deposit. We returned it 24 hours later, with more gasoline than we left, and they wanted to charge us for the tank, because it was not full, when they told us that the return would be equal or higher, which it was. The boy was an edge with men, with more women he was drooling. For me this is the last time I rent something with this company.

Cuando alquilamos la moto todo bien. Enseguida nos hicieron el contrato y salimos con la moto(rayada y sucia y la ultima que tenian) y con menos de medio deposito. La devolvimos 24 horas despues, con mas gasolina de la que dejamos, y nos querian cobrar el deposito, por que no estaba llena, cuando nos dijeron que la devolucion se hace igual o superior, cosa que estaba. El chico un borde con los hombres, con mas mujeres estaba babeando. Para mi esta ultima vez que alquilo algo con esta compania.

NEVER AGAIN! We rented a scooter for 5 days, after having verified the estimate of 148 we paid 200 as a deposit (one of the few to ask for such a high price) and so far everything is ok. C e da aggiungere a tutto cio una gran faccia tosta della ragazza in questione, scortese ed arrogante che non ha neanche volufo controllare le telecamere per vedere se effettivamente avevamo pagato quella cifra. Personalmente, non ci mettero piu piede e spero non capito ad altre persone.

We went and the first day and a very nice and attentive girl with a smile on her face helped us, the day we went to return the motorcycle there was no one at reception so we were saying hello with no response. After a while a worker came out raising his voice and with a bad face saying I WAS PISSING HEY! My face must have been a poem in front of his response and it didnt seem normal to me that someone facing the public would talk like that to a client. Except for this man everything is ok with this company.
