SIXT - Ibiza San Antonio in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Ein tolles Auto bekommen, Bestatigung fur die Ruckgabe erst nach ca. 2 Wochen per Mail bekommen. Zusatzliche Kosten fur Ruckgabe am Flughafen wurden im Nachhinein verrechnet obwohl Abholung und Ruckgabe in San Antonio stattgefunden haben. Ich werde zukunftig dort kein Auto mehr mieten.

We expected a smooth process, but faced issues right from pickup. We had booked an Audi for 24 hours but received a Peugeot instead. The staff said they were the same price, so we didn't question it. When picking up the car, we were told it was in the garage across the street. Instead, we were driven in circles for 30 minutes, only to find out the car was actually parked right in front of the shop. This wasted an hour of our time. Despite returning the car on time, we only got half of our deposit back due to a "late return," even though the delay was caused by their mistake. The entire experience was frustrating, especially while on holiday, and we won't be using this company again.

Great team, they are very kind and helped a lot with nice locations around the island.

An excellent customer experience from all the staff. However, Luca was especially helpful. Great place to hire a car, prices were incredibly reasonable, nice new cars and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave us some great tips on where to visit in Ibiza, which we really appreciated... We took them up on their recommendations they were spot on. Thanks!
