This location is absolutely awful. One person working in the middle of the busiest season at the busiest time of day. It took 2 hrs to get through 6 reservations. Slow, unhelpful, would NEVER rent with them again. Terrible experience.

NEVER RENT A CAR AT ALAMO IBIZA !! The worst car rental experience of my whole life ! 1/ when arriving, the assistant claims for a credit card to secure the deposit. When i give her my Visa Gold Premier, she tells me it's a debit card and not credit. So no possibility to give me the car. "ok sir, so i cancel your booking" After insisting a lot and showing her the contract where its NO WHERE written that you need a credit card (so not legal to claim for it), she accepted my Visa. 2/ But telling me the SUV I have booked is not available and only a Peugeot 308 is available !!! Again, I insisted and told her that my booking and payment were for the suv category. So she had to find a solution Her answer : "it's like that. Take it or leave it"!!! I started to get angry and asked for her manager. Her answer: no. Im the manager. So if you don't take the car right now, i cancel the booking. I said well for a Peugeot 308, it's not the same price. Her answer : you prepaid. So yes the Peugeot will be the same price!!! Take it or leave it I started to shout a bit considering her HUGE lack of respect, service and consideration. Her answer : now i'm cancelling the booking. The laws of Spain allows me to do it as you shout at me. And she CANCELLED the booking we made 2 MONTHS ago for our vacation. NEVER RENT A CAR AT ALAMO IBIZA !! THEY ARE LITERRALY THIEFS AND SCAMMERS !

Overbooked and cancelled our reservation with 20 minutes notice, while we were on the flight. We arrive to find there are no cars left because all agencies are booked up. Not even an apology from the desk staff who shrugged her shoulders in typical Spanish fashion. Apparently it was my fault for not booking a prepaid non refundable reservation. Avoid Alamo, National and Enterprise in Ibiza at all costs.

Rental of a C4, 19,000 km on the clock. Quite a few scratches, I had to take photos to protect myself. Traces of dried pine resin also. Dirty interior windshield with numerous marks (unpleasant sun reflections). More unpleasant: this is the first time someone has rented a car with 1/4 full tank. Its not pleasant, but if I was lucky enough to dose the fuel correctly to get it to the same level. Deposit of 200 euros which I must recover in 2 or 3 days. 1400 euros excess in the event of damage, be careful. The island being small, few kilometers are expected. Otherwise, the on-board computer programmed in French would have been a nice touch.

Caution de 200 euros que je dois recuperer dans 2 ou 3 jours. 1400 euros de franchise en cas de dommages, soyez prudents. Lile etant petite, peu de kilometres sont a prevoir. Sinon, lordinateur de bord programme en francais aurais ete une belle attention.

Bad experience, I had booked a car for 6 days from Booking, the address sent to the booking confirmation was wrong (it was their workshop ) because the collection offices are in the Ibiza airport car park on the top floor. When we arrived at the office they told us that they had no cars available, but from their website for that day and time there were actually cars available perhaps at different prices from those offered by Booking. They basically told us that bookings from Booking had to be closed and no longer available and it was their mistake but anyway no car with the excuse that they had no cars available. To be absolutely avoided

Come arrivati all ufficio ci hanno detto che non avevano macchine disponibili, ma dal loro sito per quel giorno e ora in realta c erano macchine disponibili forse a prezzi diversi da quelli proposti da Booking. Stay away! Incredibly slow service. Queue of over 20 people and by far the slowest service ever. Picking up the rental car takes almost as long as the flight. Addendum: After wasting around 1 hour in the arrivals terminal, you are sent to P2 on the 4th floor, where you have to wait another 30 minutes for the key. And of course only one of the two elevators works. Absolutely amateurish.

Terrible experience with this company. I dont advise anything. We reserved a car through an intermediary with whom they work, due to our ignorance, but hey, once the reservation was made correctly, we were calm. Our flight was delayed 12 hours, so instead of picking it up at 11:00 p.m. we went to pick it up at 9:00 a.m. the next day. We warned that we were not going to arrive and at no time were they told that we could lose the reservation. When we arrive they tell us that our car has been made available to another client, that they have nothing to offer us and that they are not going to return what we paid because it was an intermediary, so we should never make a reservation like that. So why do they work with intermediaries? If then you advise me to never use them. And I wonder why they ask us for the phone number and flight number... if you havent picked it up in 2 hours, they dont care why, they dont contact you at all, lets see what happened to you! Nuestro vuelo se retraso 12 horas, con lo cual en vez de recogerlo a las 23:00 horas fuimos a recogerlo a las 9:00 del dia siguiente. Avisamos de que no ibamos a llegar y en ningun momento nos dijeron que podriamos perder la reserva. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que nuestro coche se ha puesto a disposicion de otra cliente, que no tienen nada para ofrecernos y que no nos van a devolver lo que hablamos pagado porque era un intermediario, que nunca hagamos una reserva asi. Entonces porque trabajan con intermediarios?? Si luego me aconsejas que nunca los use. Y me pregunto para que nos piden telefono y numero de vuelo si luego en 2 horas no lo has recogido no les interesa el motivo, no contactan contigo para nada, a ver que te ha pasado! Dice que va a llamar a su jefe y al ver que tarda despues nos dice que no que finalmente no va a venir. Le pido hoja de reclamaciones y me dice que tiene mucha gente que espere que tiene que sacar una copia tremendo!!! Por no decir que una persona al publico, n sabado de julio en Ibiza. Casi una hora de cola para que luego te diga esto. Una verguenza
