Very decent rental company. Car is ok and personnel is kind. We had no problems or drama with them. Word of advice: at the airport, when returning the car to P2, stay on the right-hand lane (left one will go to P1 and right will go to P2)
Europcar Ibiza airport added the damages on the document after I signed it with no damage. A clear illegal action intending to fake the document to show I signed the damages while I clearly did not. They are also trying to charge me for a damage that existed before and another one for a wheel wear and tear. A clear abuse! Stay clear from this rental company.
Great service at airport, great new car, but electrical problem with the car and another Europcar office on island, due to language issues did not really listen to the problem. Offered a solution I knew would not fix it. Put up with problem as did not want to be going and back and forth to office, on my holiday. Did give us concerns when driving as to when the problem would reappear, daily, the car completely lost all power, all be it for only a few minutes, but often without warning!
I rented a car weeks ago. this was full of stain and scratches all over the place. Upon return, no new damage identified. Surprisingly, today, I received an invoice indicating there were damage and I have to pay >400 Euro in damages!!! Very dishonest people there.
Billed me EUR1100 for a scratch underneath the car no one ever has inspected underneath the car before. They told me to look and take pictures of any scratches and dents I saw. But of course, who would know to look under the car ridiculous. They also billed me for damages. They did not even show me and did not exist when I returned the car. Despite offering that I resolve them with their comment on this post, they refuse to actually do anything and billed me anyway. They told me my only recourse is to go to arbitration which is utterly ridiculous. How can you a car with me not point something out I didn't see it and then later send a photo of something and blame me for. It's not fair. It's not right wasn't there when we did the walk around the car when I dropped off the car. Crooks Also, as others have stated, the car was given to me dirty
Everything was perfect. People were so kind. We rented BMW 118d for 1 day on 10th July. My only question is: I paid 500 euros for deposit did I get that back I can't see in my bank records. According to results of your examination there were no damage and fuel was full. Thank you for your answer Hopefully see you soon
They advertiste what they do not have. Mid June i was supposed to receive a mini Cooper, but i received another car. I could understand if you give me a similar car because the one booked was already given, I know that is how it works while renting cars, but what is really disappointing is to find out that the car advertised was never available. At least this is what I was told by the agent on location. So if it is not available why even advertise it. I could have choose another place where to rent from, but I think this is what you Europcar wants to avoid, but what they do is not fear and honest. It got worse when I politely mentioned what I thought to the agent. The Europcar agent started being rude and aggressive. There were other aspects on how I was treated there but I do not want to waste more of my time. My lesson is that I should not trust Europcar anymore. 2 days ago I submitted my complain on your website. My complain request has been registered under the reference 20430062.
Everything was great until I returned the car. I filled it back up with petrol 5km away from the drop of point. When I got back to England I had a email saying the tank was not full on return and they have charged me PS61 for 13 litres. No way on earth could they have got more than half a litre in that tank. Would not expect this level of dishonesty and lies from such a big company This was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the remainder of my deposit to go in my bank Robbed me blind to be honest
