Booked a rental car on Check24 with an additional comprehensive insurance. However, this insurance was not accepted, so we had to pay an extra EUR66 for insurance on top of the price. This tripled the rental cost. However, got a good Car, the return process went smoothly, and everyone was very friendly.

TO AVOID AT ALL COST the clickrent company is a scam! We booked a car with a friend and they gave us a car with a lot of bumps/marks on it. We went back to the service desk to let them know. They told us we should took pictures, and that in case there is anything we would send the pictures. We handover the car in the airport parking lot early in the morning. 2 hours later we received an email with all the marks letting us know it was us. They took 900EUR of our caution, for bumps that we did not do ourselves. Wrote 10 emails to ask them to reimburse, with pictures as a proof. Nothing back since then.

I recently experienced a severe issue with Clickrent when they charged me for damages to a rental vehicle that were already present when I picked it up. I asked the company to annotate them and I took pictures to document it. Provided them with the photos but they charged when I was not present and did not reply to any of my emails. I am advising everyone to stay away from this company which seems to be operating in bad faith and in a scam scheme. I am only sorry I did not read all the comments that were here before.

Great experience! We rented for the second time with ClickRent (first time was in Menorca) and the services were great. We asked them to change our car, because it didn't have usb port, so we could not use the navigation, and they were kind enough to change it. They offer shuttle bus from the airport parking and it's a 5 mins drive to the rent point. The driver, Paloma, was punctual, professional, and made the trip smooth and comfortable. P.S. The music in the car got us in the mood for Ibiza parties

Nothing to complain about. The meeting point is on the parking lot of the airport, they have a courtesy shuttle from there to the facility with the cars. Collecting the car was easy, we were lucky there was no queue. The car was clean inside and as far as I can tell, outside was everything ok. A special thank you to Ivan, who was fast and efficient when we returned the car.

Scammers. Please avoid. Gave us a fully scratched and dented car. Photos attached. The person asked me to take the comprehensive insurance so that I don't have to worry about anything which I did. Then didn't tell me I cannot take the car to formentera (my fault for not asking) so left the car at the port for 3 days not driving and only 10km in total. And in return say there is a scratch underneath the car and charge me 290 and tell me that the comprehensive insurance doesn't cover underneath of car. This is a deliberate scam. They seem to all know about it and the reception person and the return agent all know this too.

Bad experience at the airport, meeting/pick-up point was wrongly informed by Rentcars voucher, which they claim was provided by ClickRent. It took me a few hours to get to the office, plus the call center operator was extremely rude and impolite. Nevertheless, Federico was very helpful and supportive at the counter of the office, he managed to save this evaluation and to give us a nice vehicle, with only a few scratches on the outside and a stain on the front right seat.

There were already a lot of dents and scratches on the car when I rented it. I took over 70 photos of the car from different angles, but I didn't think to lie down to get pictures from underneath the car, specifically from under the front grille. I am 100 percent sure that these scratches did not occur while the car was in my possession. Instead, Clicrent Ibiza systematically charges extra for these same scratches to generate additional income for themselves. If any charges have already been made for these same scratches, I would appreciate the information.

I will not rent a car with them again. Comprehensive insurance does not cover the roof or the bottom. Even when making the reservation I called them by phone and they confirmed that everything was included and what a surprise that when I picked up the car it did not cover the roof or the underside. Stay away from this company. As others have already described, Click & Rent Ibiza is obviously operating systematic fraud. Our rental car had a lot of damage when we rented it. When returning the item, the rental worker tried to find noticeable damage. Thanks to photos, we were able to prove again and again that the damage already existed when we rented it. He then pointed out damage to the underside of the car. Unfortunately we didnt have a photo for that. We were charged EUR 340. We definitely did not cause this damage. It was obvious that the employee was fraudulent. The employee then refused us the shuttle back to the airport. Someone else drove us after all. We almost missed our check-in because of this. We have rented cars in many countries and have never experienced anything like this!!

Wir hatten dadurch fast unseren Check In verpasst. Wir haben bereits in vielen Landern Autos gemietet und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt!!

SCAM, AWAY!!! THEFT OF THE 1000 DEPOSIT!!!!! We rented a car from ClickRent Ibiza Aeropuerto from Monday 2 to Friday 6 September 2024. We collected the car Monday evening around 8:30 p.m., already the car was different from the one we had reserved, moreover no car tour was done as an inventory. We drive for a quarter of an hour, park to spend our evening. When we pick up the car two hours later to return to the hotel, Warning electric system messages appear on the meter, it flashes red and it sounds. We stop several times on the side of the road, try to call several times the emergency number which does not answer. We try as best we can to get back, until the car no longer accelerates at all, in the middle of the expressway, we barely have time to pull over. We tried several times to call the emergency number, but someone finally answered after a very long time. We explained the situation, a repairman arrived more than two hours later (so we waited two hours on a highway in the middle of the night, it was 2 a.m., the cars warning lights were no longer working). The repairman explains to us that the car battery is out of service, so he leaves with our car on his tow truck, leaving us at the side of the road, on a very dangerous expressway, we are two women alone and it is 2 a.m. Morning. He supposedly cannot drop us off at our accommodation which is only 8km away. The next day when we went to the rental agency (again on our own) the agency refused to lend us another car, claiming that we had to wait for the repair of our car (which was not repaired until we return to France). The agency accused us of damaging the battery by leaving the lights on. I explained to them that everything was off, I even had a photo to prove it since when leaving the car before our evening I had photographed the car to remember where it was parked. The people working at ClickRent refused to look at the photos of the parked car and the warning messages that were there when we were driving. They asked us to pay 222 for the tow truck (even though we had insurance) + the new battery (which was already defective when they rented the car to us). In addition of course to the deposit of 1000 , which they took from us and not returned. This is THEFT!!!!!! And on top of all these costs, we didnt have a car, we had to rent another one from another agency (Ibiza Cruz, not far from ClickRent but much more serious). I am extremely shocked at their way of proceeding, it is PURE SCAM I come away really traumatized.

Nous nous arretons plusieurs fois au bord de la route, tentons dappeler a plusieurs reprises le numero durgence qui ne repond pas. Nous tentons tant bien que mal de rentrer, jusquau moment ou la voiture naccelere plus tout, en pleine voie rapide, nous avons a peine le temps de nous mettre sur le cote. Nous tentons de nouveaux a plusieurs reprises dappeler le numero durgence, quelquun fini par repondre au bout dun tres long moment. Nous expliquons la situation, un depanneur arrive plus de deux plus tard (nous patientons donc deux heures sur une voie rapide en pleine nuit, il est 2h, les temoins lumineux de la voiture ne fonctionnaient plus). Le depanneur nous explique que la batterie de la voiture est hors service, il part donc avec notre voiture sur sa depanneuse, en nous laissant au bord de la route, sur une voie rapide tres dangereuse, nous sommes deux femmes seules et il est 2h du matin. Il ne peut soit disant pas nous deposer a notre logement qui se situe a seulement 8kms. Le lendemain lorsque nous allons a lagence de location (encore une fois par nos propres moyens) lagence a refuse de nous preter une autre voiture, pretextant quil fallait attendre la reparation de notre voiture (qui na pas ete reparee jusqua ce que nous rentrions en France). Lagence nous a accuse davoir abime la batterie en laissant les feux allumes. Je leur ai explique que tout etait eteint, javais meme une photo le prouvant puisquen quittant la voiture avant notre soiree javais photographie la voiture pour me souvenir de lendroit ou elle etait garee. Les personnes travaillant a ClickRent ont refuse de regarder les photos de la voiture garee ainsi que des messages dalerte quil y avait lorsque nous conduisions. Ils nous ont demande de payer 222 pour la depanneuse (alors que nous avions lassurance) + la nouvelle batterie (qui etait deja defectueuse quand ils nous ont loue la voiture). En plus biensure de la caution de 1000 , quils nous ont preleve et pas rendu. Cest du VOL !!!!!!! Et en plus de tous ces frais, nous navons pas eu de voiture, nous avons du en louer une autre dans une autre agence (Ibiza Cruz, pas loin de ClickRent mais beaucoup plus serieux). Je suis extremement choquee de leur facon de proceder, cest de la PURE ARNAQUE jen ressors vraiment traumatisee.
