Sixt in Sant Jordi de ses Salines

Excellent service from Sixt at Ibiza Airport. Fast check in after landing, fantastic car and easy to return. I think the clerk was called Manuel, and he was brilliant! Would highly recommend!

Lying Criminals. Total Criminals! Please avoid. I was quoted 60 euros per day for two days. It was returned ( early ) full of fuel. They lied about the cost and have proceeded to charge me 2000 euros! (so far) total robbery. I am disgusted that the Ibiza staff seem to be so comfortable deliberately misleading customers

Really happy with my experience. We had to wait a short while for our car to be ready for collection, but that was the only minor hiccup. Team members were all helpful and the car was an absolute dream, I really enjoyed driving it around the island! Drop off was simple and when I left something in the car after, they were helpful in assisting me in finding it. There was the usual upselling on collection, but everyone does that and they weren't too pushy. Would deffo use Sixt again

AVOID at all cost! Total rip off! Reserved car category(BMW 1 series) was not available so they offered me an upgrade at the counter for which I would have to pay extra. They didn't even tried to made it clear that I would have to pay extra, I just got very suspicious when they wanted to offer me an Audi Q8. So I made clear I just want what I booked. In the end they gave us a Peugeot instead for which we had to wait for over an hour even though the before offered vehicles where obviously readily available. The icing on the cake is that they charged us for fueling up the car after the return even though the car was fully fueled up at the airport before returning the car. so it was definitely fueled up. Definitely my last booking with Sixt. Update September 9th 2024: Response from Sixt:"With regards to the fuel charge, the vehicle was returned with 7/8 fuel level, which is why the fee was added. Since you mentioned that you returned the vehicle with a full tank, we have processed a refund of 53.99 EUR as a good gesture" I will(hopefully) receive the fueling money back but they don't even consider having done anything wrong. The car was driven 400km and full refueled with 38l of Petrol directly before the return(at the Petrol station in closest proximity to the Sixt station). Never has happened anything like this to me before... and I won't give Sixt a second chance to try and Scam me again.

Always a great experience with Sixt. Did everything online so the counter work was a breeze, the attendant didn't try to upsell me anything. Car pickup took less than a minute, while experience five minutes and I was off. Car drop off easy, just drop the keys in the box.

I had the best experience with Sixt Ibiza! Alex at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient . I mistakenly booked a manual and although sold out, he managed to find a perfect automatic . Never tried to upsell me anything. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Car was new and very clean. The Sixt Traffic Fine payment system is very easy to navigate as well. Will definitely use them again next time

Pushy and dishonest. I am a platinum status member of Sixt, I have rented dozens of cars with them across the globe over the past years. My review is specifically for the Ibiza location, since I have always had great service until now. Carlos greeted me at the airport rental desk and was very pushy to upsell me into a more expensive car, even peddling 2 door convertibles that cost more per day (upgrade fee) than my total cost for the week. After 10 mins of trying to get me to pay more, I told him I simply wanted the car I reserved. Carlos then told me, they did not have any cars in my reservation category and that I would either have to wait for one to return (could have been hours) or upgrade to the next category. I tried being polite in asking if the manager would try to help us solve the situation, but her refused and told me he was the manager (looked no older than 21... ). When he saw I was getting irritated and was not falling for his trap, he told me that if i paid for extra insurance (50EUR/day) he could find me a car... Frustrated I walked over to the kiosk ne t door and rented the same car and model he was proposing for 180EUR less (not to mention no extra insurance to pay...). This experience was very frustrating and felt like a tourist scam. I would recommend you look at any other rental company in ibiza, Sixt will probably try to scam you at your arrival.
