A group of 9 of us hired 2 cars from here. The staff were nice and then accommodating when we wanted to extend the rental the morning we were meant to return the cars. The cars were clean and ran well. However on the first day all cash and valuables were stolen from inside both cars. There were no signs of break in which is suspicious. Both cars were locked when we left them and locked upon return. Which makes me think a key or device was used to open the cars. Lesson learnt do not leave anything valuable in the cars, we were only gone for 10 minutes!

Just rented a car from here. Here's my experience. Got a car without an issue -- payed about 95EUR for an automatic Toyota for one day. Deposit 300EUR. Signed a few waivers and grabbed the car -- very scratched and very dirty. We made sure we took a video when grabbing it in case someone tries to tell us upon return it was our fault -- which was the exact case. A different person was at the desk when we brought the car back. And unfortunately there was a need for us to show the video to prove this is what the car looked like when we got it. That's definitely not a great experience and thank god for that video we'd taken. Otherwise all good. The car didn't disappoint and as this model is known for it barely burns any gas -- win!

We borrowed a rental car (convertible) for a day. Overall, I can only advise against this provider for the following reasons: - the vehicles are dirty (especially the inside windows) - the vehicles are very worn out (broken gear stick, window wouldnt go down, ...) - the vehicle was handed over to us with an almost empty tank, so we had to refuel first. At the same time, the requirement is that you have to return the vehicle with the same fill level (which is of course rather nerve-wracking when the tank is almost empty) - the employee was very unfriendly and she just didnt care about anything. She just kept saying I can t do anything about it. The only positive thing is that you could borrow the vehicle very spontaneously (the evening before). But I would definitely not choose this provider again and would rather go to Europcar next time.

Insgesamt kann ich nur abraten von diesem Anbieter aus folgenden Grunden: - die Fahrzeuge sind dreckig (vor allem auch die Scheiben von Innen) - die Fahrzeuge sind sehr mitgenommen (kaputter Schaltknuppel, Fenster ging Nicht runter, ) - das Fahrzeug wurde uns mit fast leeren Tank ubergeben, sodass wir als aller erstes tanken mussten. Die Vorgabe ist gleichzeitig, dass man das Fahrzeug mit gleichem Fullstand zuruck geben muss (was naturlich bei fast leerem Tank eher nervenaufreibend ist) - die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und ihr war einfach alles egal. Sie sagte immer nur ich kann da nix machen Das einzig positive ist, dass man das Fahrzeug sehr spontan ausleihen konnte (am Abend davor). Wurde aber auf keinen Fall wieder diesen Anbieter wahlen und nachstes Mal lieber zu Europcar gehen.

All in all, you cant really complain about anything. The Fiat 500 did what it was supposed to do. One star is deducted because the car wasnt really clean inside and out and 190 euros for 3 days in the low season is not a bargain. We recommend taking a detailed video of the car when you pick up the vehicle.

Really bad !! We rented a mini convertible for 95 a day. When we picked it up we were simply told that the trunk was defective. When we arrived at our first destination we noticed that the top didnt work at all, so the car had to be left open everywhere! You couldnt leave anything in the vehicle, and as I said, the trunk was also broken. So: always carry everything with you. As the day came to an end and it became dark on the streets, it became apparent that the front headlights werent working!!!!! How are you supposed to be so safe on the road? On the day of delivery we wanted to inform the ladies on site about our trouble, but they didnt really care and we were visibly annoyed and just waved us off. I think its an absolute disgrace to release cars in such a condition! Absolutely unfit to drive.

Man konnte nichts im Fahrzeug liegen lassen, und der Kofferraum war ja wie gesagt auch kaputt. Also: alles schon immer mitschleppen. Als der Tag sich dem Ende naherte und es dunkel auf den Strassen wurde, fiel auf: die Scheinwerfer vorne funktionieren nicht!!!!! Wie soll man bitte so Verkehrssicher unterwegs sein? Am Tag der Abgabe wollten wir die Damen vor Ort uber unseren Arger informieren, denen war es allerdings ziemlich egal und wir wurden sichtlich genervt nur abgewunken. Ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit, Autos in solch einem Zustand rauszugeben! Absolut fahruntauglich.

If you reserve a motorcycle, it is better to call by phone for these two reasons: 1. The website allows you to make a reservation to pick up the motorcycle at any time, but for example I set it to pick up at 2:00 p.m. and the same day I arrived in Ibiza they called me and told me that they close from 1 to 6 p.m.: 00 for being Sunday. Result, 4 hours waiting to pick up the motorcycle, meaning it took up the afternoon (and the day spent in Ibiza is not cheap) 2. I was afraid of picking you up at the airport and taking you, make it very clear on the phone because on the website it says the transfer to the airport is included but later at the beach office in Bossa when I went to deliver the motorcycle the girl acted crazy saying that I had to have reserved that specifically on the website (not true because they dont give that option) and if I wanted it I had to pay 15 euros (when the taxi cost me 11). Insisting and calling the central office, they finally told me they would take me but it was already late and I had to take a taxi. Other companies do do efficient collection, keep this in mind. On the other hand, Beverly motorcycles are newer, that is why they are more expensive, it is not just because of the model itself. I caught a deep vision. It did its job but needed some maintenance. The brake light was not on and there was some shaking when starting. Nothing serious but dont expect a brand new motorcycle. The helmets are pretty dusty, many without visors, which at night is a chore because with the air you cant see and you obviously cant wear sunglasses. Also unhygienic, it smelled like hair grease which was painful to put on. In their favor, they are not very picky about checking the motorcycle when you deliver it. They dont try to get money from you by claiming that you scratched it or anything like that. Also make a video of the entire motorcycle before taking it. In short, it hasnt gone bad at all but there are some aspects to improve.

La web te deja hacer la reserva para recoger la moto a cualquier hora, pero por ejemplo yo la puse para recoger a las 14:00 h y el mismo dia que llegaba a Ibiza me llaman y me dicen que cierran de 13 a 18:00 por ser domingo. Resultado, 4 horas esperando para poder recoger la moto, osea cargarme la tarde (y el dia de estancia en Ibiza no es barato) 2. Tema recogerte en el aeropuerto y llevarte, dejadlo bien claro por telefono porque en la web pone incluido el traslado al aeropuerto pero despues en la oficina de playa en bossa cuando he ido a entregar la moto la chica se ha hecho la loca diciendo que eso tenia que haberlo reservado especificamente por la web (no es cierto pq no dan esa opcion) y que si lo queria tenia que pagar 15 euros (cuando el taxi me costo 11). Insistiendo y llamando a la central al final me dijerlon que me llevaban pero ya era tarde y tuve que coger un taxi. Otras empresas si que hacen recogida eficiente, tened esto en cuenta. Por otro lado las motos beverly estan mas nuevas, por eso son mas caras, no es solo por el modelo en si. Cogi una honda vision. Hizo su funcion pero le hacia falta algo de mantenimiento. No iba la luz de freno y alguna temblor al arrancar. Nada grave pero no esperes una moto a estrenar. Los cascos bastante hechos polvo, muchos sin visera loq por la noche es una faena pq con el aire no ves y no puedes llevar gafas de sol obviamente. Ademas poco higienicos, olia a grasa capilar q daba grima ponerselo. A favor que no son muy tiquismiquis revisando la moto cuando la entregas. No intentan sacarte dinero alegando que la has aranado o cosas asi. Igualmente haced un video de toda la moto antes de llevarosla. En fin, no ha ido mal del todo pero algunos aspectos a mejorar.

La unica pega es que la web te permite reservar casi a cualquier hora pero luego a la hora de la verdad te llaman para decirte que solo puedes recoger la moto durante las horas de apertura de la oficina. Si es asi deberia de venir limitado en la web a la hora de reservar. Por otro lado la moto que me toco era algo vieja, por ejemplo el baul no cerraba bien.
